Nice colleagues working here. Its a small store but a good selection of items. I was very happy with the promotions they had on skincare which was why I came in and the advice given to me on how to get more points was great. I was also reminded if I wanted to use my points which was great, I got my items free.

I visited shop today and left very disappointed ????. Staff kept following in every Isle like I was going to steal something .i was having conversation at till about product which I was interested suddenly manager came shouted at cashier saying "madam r u done?"I knew he was implying at me not the cashier!!! I felt so offended,why did he say that!?they really need to work on their customer service skills

One of the worst customer services I've ever had in my life. I went with 3 friends to buy products (in total we spent around 20 pounds each). The manager - very rude btw- wouldn't stop chasing us and shouting at the other staff members who were watching us. Then they called security. What's more, I asked for a specific aloe vera product and they didn't even answer. After we paid, they relaxed.
I think it's a shame that a manager is able to judge people's appearances when they should be looking at themselves.

Everytime I have visited this superdrug me and even some of my colleagues have been followed by the staff here, you will be looking at a product and a staff member will literally be behind your shoulder.
Very off-putting experience, rude and arrogant staff, especially the manager Noor.

I popped in last week and purchased what I thought was a waterproof mascara and did not take my receipt. When I got to the car I realised I had bought the wrong mascara. I went back this week and they happily swapped the mascara for an alternative regardless of no receipt (I had left it sealed). The girls also showed me some good alternatives to my normal purchase. Very happy with the CS! A great team.

I went there expecting it to be open at 10.00am ,only to find they haven't even open the shutters.
The store manager was quite grumpy and not very professional.
The person who served me wasn't very friendly and made mistake when I requested a refund on two products that I purchased online.

The worst customer services here thanks to a Team Leader by the name of Noor. Incorrect pricing on shelves and then argues at customers when these are pointed out to her on the till when scanning the products. Fellow staff very unmotivated and disgruntled by Noor as they bad mouth her in front of customers.
Will never return to this store.

Yesterday was my second visit to this store and it was just as bad as my first but I needed to go there as I know they stock Rev Pro. Awful service from employees, they don't seem to know what time of day it is and furthermore one staff member followed me and my friend around as though we were shoplifting and talked to us constantly when all we wanted to do was swatch the lipsticks and foundations in peace! Ever so off-putting, better off going to the Marble Arch one where they actually know how to deal with customers. Would leave this place 0 stars if I could.

Went to get my eyebrows threaded a couple of days ago.
Been threading my eyebrows for years and decided to pop in for the first time here.
The lady was looking at her phone when I got there, I said hello, she barely looked up, asked me what I wanted and provided me with the most horrible threading service I've ever had. At the end of the service, I still said thank you and she ignored me to go back to her phone.
Needless to say, I am never coming back.

I have been a loyal customer for superdrugs for many years and had no problem with there products or there staff.
Today I went into the Tottenham Court Road branch as I also do my shopping there aswel. I had the bad customer service ever and it was a very big disappointment because it was the manager called 'Noor'.
I purchased pampers nappy from there and went today to get it exchanged to a bigger size.
She refused to give me an exchanged and on top of that she said they don't do that make when it's clearly on there shelf. She could not even bothered to go and check .
She was so rude and she couldn't speak English properly. I was very unhappy.
