Great store with a fantastic choice of products. I'd put this branch as good as their flagship on Oxford Street. The Liverpool Street branch has a pharmacy, food and great choice of beauty and essential items. With it being in the station it does get horrifically busy during peak hours around lunch and close of business.

Staff unhelpful even with full basket of purchases and carrying other shopping, they refuse to open service checkout to help me and insist I do the self-service till, then are ungracious when I need help and treat me as if I am an idiot. This is a frequent occurrence on a saturday afternoon

Always has the missing bits of your day, be it medicine, tights, makeup, or a quick snack and drink. The queues aren't too bad in the morning at rush hour, but don't go in the evening rush hour if you're short on time.
