Empty hand sanitizer, no cleaning spray to clean busket,all staff are so rude,restriction on certain age groups customer which is completely wrong and unfair,in staff eye's all the customer are thief if they take a long to see any particular area. Should change all the staff mentality regarding the customer for one or two thief you shouldn't judge all the customer!!!! And also should lift the restriction to certain aged groups customer. You guys should understand onec they will be grown up and they will hate your store only because what you did on the past with them. You guys should change this policy immediately and please be kind the people comes around.

Female staff member stared at me and pretended she wasn't (the shop was near empty as I came early) most likely to see if I was stealing. She didn't even ask if I needed help. Last time I go in there. This is one of many times I've personally experienced this type of behaviour from asian-owned stores/franchises (99% sure this store is a franchise, I could be wrong), and I'm tired of being made uncomfortable on a CONSISTENT basis in different stores by the same people. At this point, lack of customer service skills doesn't describe such poor behaviour.
Will shop online and further on find a black-owned store to buy from.

Really poor service! Even manager doesn’t know well where is the store policy! Staff are asking each other where is the policy! After while finally they could find it and it was on the dark corner where ANYONE could not see or read! Shame!

Good range of products but staff constantly arrange on wrong shelves so that price on assumed shelf label doesn t correspond to selected item & only gets realized at checkout.. So annoying & happens at least once a week..either a deliberate misleading sales technique or staff are just vague & thick!! ????

@Sharon Mcpherson in the review section, why is it important that the people "supposedly" stealing were Muslim people? You have no right to generalise a whole community as "bad" from the "supposed" actions of 1 or 2 people.

My experience this morning, 2 Muslim women stood at the back.of the store stealing Antibacterial hand wipes. They paid for 2 to proberly justify how long they had been clearing the shelves. The sign read "2 per person," ... "not help yourself"..greedy and selfish people.

Ordered on line click and collect waiting 4 days for items to arrive at the shop when they told me when i bought them they was in stock and when i went to the shop to pick them up had to wait another 25 minutes so much for quick service

Security said right behind me, keep an eye out as i was looking at products alone and told members of staff to watch me. Hasn’t been the first time this guy has followed or watched me and my friends around the store. Maybe if he stayed by the flipping doors you could actually catch your thieves. Used to come in here often but you’ve lost a loyal customer.

Nice clean store. Stocks nearly evrything u need. Helpful floor staff. Security needs trainin, I see peeps stealin all time !! Pharmacy staff not very friendly, a bit curt & neva seen a welcoming face in all the years I been goin there. Situated at beginning of chapel market (many shops/stalls there). 3 mins walk away from many bus routes & angel islington tube. Parkin ok with disabled badge, but still a few minutes walk. Paid parkin restricted. Mostly permit parkin. London transport links are easier.

I’m always in and out of this Superdrug just picking up the essentials but I’m always followed round the store because of my age. It’s a very unwelcoming environment for teenager as they assume we are always going to steal stuff. Not every teenager is the same. But I have to give 5 stars to a particular employee I’m not sure of his name but he’s always friendly to me and my mate plus he compliments us on what we’re wearing. So 5 stars for him 1 star for the unwelcoming and intimidating security guards and other staff.

Awful customer service skills. I went in the Superdrug with my mother to purchase some perfumes, we were met with a very rude staff member who accused us of trying sealed perfumes, even though the one we were trying had TESTER written on it. His entire demenour was rude and unnecessarily aggressive. Never visiting again!

Superdrug as a brand are OK, the prices in general bare very good compared to the competition, but there isn't the staff numbers or quality of interaction that you would get elsewhere, like Boots. If the item you want is in stock or possibly another branch then good, but if out of stock, it usually stays out of stock for sometime, weeks even. The pharmacy section is usually understaffed or empty and if you can't find anyone there to talk to, you will and should go elsewhere if you have a pharmacy related query. Not necessarily Sainsbury's or another supermarket, but rather Boots or another btype of pharmacy that always has pharmacist on hand during normal day working hours. Even midday Sat I have noted no visible pharmacist at at least three separate Superdrug stores on multiple occasions.

Black Friday shopping I was served by Sabrina on the perfume counter, what a star! ????
Very confident very helpful, she knew everything a customer wants to here.
She gave the price with all products and told me the best offers and deals.
I got a free gift for spending over £50 and £5 of my final bill.

I am disgusted. I have travelled down from Scotland today went straight to my local Superdrugs to try and buy rescue remedy and other herbal remedies for my son who is suffering at this time only to be refused as I was paying with Scottish money (which is Stirling pounds) I was told my money not good enough for Superdrugs. I will never again go to Superdrugs and I plan to take this further. This is disgusting. I can't believe what has happened.

Staff are absolutely useless. Multiple make up items don’t have testers. Asked a staff member for help and she said “if there isn’t a tester there we can’t do anything”. So basically spend my money in hopes I like a product? Ridiculous.

Security guard followed me around the whole shop making me and my daughter feel extremely uncomfortable. And when I complained to a member of staff she decided to tell me her experience with security in other shops which I did not care about instead of resolving my complaint. Wouldn't go back there again

7 girls including myself,were kicked out due to a "to school kids at a time" rule. Pretty much hearded out of the shop like sheep when looking at the make up by one security man. I didn't know 4 of the girls however collectively we went to boots around the corner. There was much better service at boots and we were able to buy the products we wanted without being disturbed. Superdrug's judged us on the overall image of teenagers and therefore has lost all 7 girls from considering to go there again, and of course everyone we tell.Well done Superdrug's.
