I had to pick up some very simple prescriptions and I was served straight away by a staff as there was no queue. She told me my medication is ready but just needs approval from the pharmacist. Since then, I saw the staff telling the pharmacist that my medication needs approval a couple of times. However, the pharmacist ignored that and continued on serving other people, checking all their medication but mine. I didn't want to be rude so I decided to wait out. When I finally ran out of my patience and said I have been waiting for a long time, the pharmacist responded in a very aggressive tone that she did not know that I was waiting and nobody told her that she needs to approve my medication which was clearly not a true statement. I have been standing in front of her all that time and whilst other people in the queue were asking me if I had been served, she didn't even bother paying any attention to that. There was no single word of apology and her attitude was completely disrespectful. I said if I at least deserved an apology for the unnecessary, exceptionally long wait, she rolled her eyes and repeated in a raised voice that she did not know I was waiting. Highly disappointing experience.

Went to collect prescription as a volunteer. I called the branch before I left and I was told they close at 7pm on Saturdays. But when I got there at 6:50pm the security guard was stopping people from entering. He explained that he had been instructed by the people in the back to not let anyone in after 6:50pm. Wow! Why not advertise that you close at 6:50pm! I caught a taxi just to collect this medication and couldn't!

I went yesterday morning with a severe allergy reaction to get advise as i was in shock. Lucky me,
Rasheda was there to advise me.!
She gave straight away attention she listened carefully everything I said and was clear she worried about my situation and advise me straight away to call 111.
After i went to the doctor , i came back with my prescription and it was obvious she was happy i was in a better situation !! I could not be more satisfied from my visit !!!!
She spent time with me and explained everything carefully regarding my meditation!!
i could she all the costumers were very satisfied and happy from the service that she and her colleague were providing.

Pharmacy experience wasn't brilliant on Monday at all - was nearly refused a legitimate prescription and treated like a liar when I had legitimate tooth pain which had been seen only 45mins prior by an urgent care dental practice, all on the practice's error for not including their stamp on the slip. All resolved upon a call to the practice but there wasn't an apology once. Really unimpressed - as this fell on a Bank Holiday (with a lot of pharmacies in Greenwich being closed, and with me not really knowing the local area well as I live out of area), I could have risked being without necessary antibiotics and risked a tooth infection getting a lot worse. This experience was incredibly stressful and absolutely did not need to happen, particularly when the error wasn’t mine.

Lack of stock during lockdown makes this store less fun than usual, i would have liked to see more valentines day items displayed as the perfume shop is closed they could do very well to up their game and monopolise their shoppers.

When the african descent staff are being kind to white customer but only replies to you with noises such as "hmmm hmmm" to brown customers... you know there is something really wrong with people...
I'd avoid going there, there isn't even a lot of choice inside.

Rude white lady manger with glasses looks around late 20s to 30s around 4ft11 or 5ft tall Telling me to hurry up that she has other customers to serve how rude on Christmas eve. Not going there anytime soon. This was around 5pm. Surrey Quays Boots. Terrible service. Just Terrible.

The world's worst pharmacy. The pharmacist is incapable of dispensing medicine even with the assistance of a doctor on the phone reading the prescription out to her. Fortunately there is another pharmacy next door which is not this pharmacy, so instantly is better.

The reduced price buying 2 and pay less never works in this place. I went there to buy hair colourant and I want to enjoy " 2 for less" , but they had only one in the colour that I needed. It is not the first time it happened to me, neither the second maybe is the third or fourth times already.

One person on the till, one cash point, you can imagine the chaos. She goes walkabout which means no one serving and a line of disgruntled customers until finally one of the many other staff trying but failing to look busy, desembling no more one other member of staff mans the only other till, yes, it was a male person. A slight improvement, she's selling something slowly, with three samples. Dismal!

Not very competent staff in the prescriptions section - had to queue two times an speak to three different people for them to figure out my medicine is prescription only, and to get adviced to order it online, just to find out my health centre - the closest to the pharmacy - does not support online recipes with boots. Will better go elsewhere.

The pharmacy service is the worse I have ever seen. They literally lack of the most basic knowledge. If you're looking for a general medicine or advice don't waste your time with them because basically anything you're going to ask them they will tell you "sorry but you need to talk to your GP".
It did happen to me already 2 times to go there, ask for very basic counter medicines and they gave me that answer with a rude and superficial attitude.
Then I went to a proper pharmacy in Canary Wharf (still Boots) and got all the advice and been able to buy the products I needed.
Boots should really do something about the service they provide in this store.

Fantastic speedy service from an incredibly busy pharmacy, I personally prefer this pharmacy over others as I can exactly what I want and the advice given with my medication and the staff are very friendly and approachable.
I have noticed while I am waiting for my medication to be preparedsome lost soul trying to "purchase" medicine that can only be obtained with prescription, no matter how well the pharmacist explains this, this buffoon then tried displaying some foreign-made medicine they brought abroad on their phone and got angry when refused because here in the UK, you need a friggin prescription!!!! I feel sorry for the poor staff, I really do. The amount of riff-raff they have do deal with makes me shudder.

Boots at Surrey Quays is a good place to shop. But they don't have enough of everyday needs like their Lewisham store. Then, the waiting at their pharmacy for prescriptions is unacceptable.

This is the worst pharmacy I've been to. They've failed to order the repeat prescription on time at least once in three times!
The pharmacists also have really bad attitude, like it's not their business and tell you there's nothing they can do (I mean, they should now how bad it could be when you are expecting to get your meds that day but at the end you can't get anything!)
Anyway, order your prescription at this boots cause theres a risk they might leave you suffer for few days without the meds and do not even care!
