Ive had good experiences here but not so great ones either. One night I came in after losing my glasses I couldn't see and was removed from the shop because they stated I was drunk or drugged up or something! I had the security guard fired so it wouldn't happen again, but three weeks late r a handicapped mate was parried by them as he wanted to use there disabled facilities and they got so cocky that eh left the store, They accused him of theft, when in actuality they were covering themselves up!

You can’t buy stuff from the clothing section in the evening. This doesn’t make sense as you are able to buy clothes 24 hours of the day at the hollingbury ASDA.

Full of pikeys and the staff are useless.
My car broke down i went in to register my reg and low and behold i got a fine and and they have no record of me going and speaking with customer service. When i told them to check cctv they would see me and see the rac van they got shirty .ive now appealed

It's a biggun. Stopped in to get some beach picnic snacks. Very good prices. Bakery man sliced a loaf for me. I said "Thank you, Sir." He said "Call me Brian." I'm never going to see Brian again, but I said "Okay."

The asda at Brighton marina always seems understaffed and even at peak few tills are open. This results in using the self checkouts that at this store always seem to break or error constantly. The selection of products is very good however many products are usually out of stock.

Appalled by how rude and unhelpful the staff are, rather stand there chatting than see obvious customers in need of help at a checkout. Maybe best not to hold onto all shopping bags if you're going to stand there and chat whilst not acknowledging any customers. Not to mention the bloody customers are half effing rude and disgusting at that. Such a nice area for such a scummy shop full of scummy people.

A awful drive to get down to it. Tho had plenty of parking. Tho the car park was pritty run down for a super store. Hardly any staff to ask where stuff was and when I did find someone I got I don't know most likely over there... pleased I don't have to use this asda again

CAR PARK - Spend over £100 last seven weekends at this store - received a parking fine even though Id moved the car to get it cleaned (on site) then done my shopping - I will NEVER go to this store again

I never leave reviews but on this occasion I decided to.
This place is honestly a disgrace. I have Crohn's disease and I urgently needed to use the toilets as my condition is quite serious. I asked the woman at the front desk and explained that I have a disability and she looked at me up and down and simply said "toilets are closed" and pleaded with her and she wouldn't budge... I then went to the customer service desk and explained the situation to 1 member of staff who then discussed it with 4-5 others whilst they're all looking at me... I pretty much begged to use the facility and they all said no and that I should go to mc Donald's across the road. I was completely shocked to say the least. I'm angry, embarrassed and disgusted by the handling of my situation and I hope to god nobody else every goes through what I just went through in your store. Shameful. I also spent £40 in your store to add salt to the wound. I won't be shopping in Asda ever again. Absolutely shameful. I'll be taking this further

At last larger parking bays! Store having a refurbishment at the moment so nothing is in its normal place! Which is a bit annoying! Good customer care from the Managers who directed me to what I was after! On asking an employee where the eggs are? DON'T KNOW was the answer and he walked off!!

Absolutely fuming with Asda marina staff!!! I have spent most of the day at the children’s hospital with my 13 year old son. Fracture of the collar bone and sprained ankle whilst I also had stitches on the inside of my thumb....so after leaving hospital we pop into the marina to pick up dinner. I sat him in a small trolly which his older sister pushed as I was unable to. No messing about, wasn’t even in there long when a man from bakery had ago at my son for being in the trolly. I explained he couldn’t walk around the store to which he replied ‘heard that before love’ before five my kids a dirty look.
We pay for our items and I stop at the kiosk when another guy from the back tells me that my son needs to get out the trolly. I explain about today and his words were ‘either get him out or you can leave without your shopping’! HE MADE MY SON WALK OUT THE STORE HOPPING ON A BAD ANKLE!!
If I was able to push a wheelchair & a trolly then I would of!!
Never going back there! Will drive the extra 15 minutes to the hollingbury store!!!

This store is NEVER stocked, they lack fresh fruit and veg - always empty and you have to dig deep for a bag of vegetables and then when you get one its short dated.
There isnt enough staff - never enough tills open. Almost every time I have been I have waited behind 2 or 3 people with full trolleys for over 20 minutes while other staff just wonder around.
When you do happen to see a staff member, they are pulling something around the store and carelessly going over your feet like there are no customers around. They seem to walk around in clans of 2 or 3 and just chat away - it makes them really unapproachable!
Come on Asda make some bloody improvements!!

Awful service for online order, to deliver to your door, which is not true. The delivery people are sometimes rude, and several times they deny to bring up the delivery to my door, they just asked me to pick it up from the building door or they will take it back. Never had this experience in London, this has only happen to me here in Brighton. Very poor customer service in ASDA Brighton.

Well ive had to use the online shopping a few times as i was just out hospital and found it to be pretty good, apart from a few changes in my order, but nothing major, so much so,i will use again, as going shopping like i had to a fortnight ago left me tired and in a lot of pain, as im not supposed to carry heavy things. So well done asda.

It's huge and sells just about everything you might expect, and despite it being a bit off the beaten track it's served by several buses. Upstairs there's a George clothing store that sells a wide range of basic-value clothing.

Woman serving at will was incredibly rude and made uncomfortable remarks towards my family to the point where we had to ask her to stop and report her. However the shop does have a large selection of vegetarian food and a wide general range.
