Excellent food hall with a large choice of quality items and always plenty of new products in store. Nice and clean with really pleasant and helpful staff. Just one thing… could you please lower your prices? ????

Pretty decent M&S with food hall but surprised they're selling hand gel at £9 a bottle. I think of M&S as pricey but fair but the gel seems like jumping on the band wagon and out of character. Strange.

I would just like to thank the member of staff in your Brighton branch, who very kindly went all the way back upstairs to fetch a selection of dressing gowns for me to look at. As half the shop was closed due to covid 19. Love your dressing gowns, They're not just soft they're m&s soft!! ????

Lovely shop a favourite place of mine to go shopping in Brighton, the staff are very helpful and the social distances is all in place. The caffè is nice you get a nice cuppa tea and the jacket potatoes are very tasty, everything is all fresh.

I'm a fair regular at this store and it's big and usually well stocked and has a huge range. The staff are, in the main, helpful and polite although the occasional one isn't so much. That can only be expected in a store this size though.

I would like to Thank the lovely lady who took my call today. My daughter was taken Ill in the toilets and phoned me in France. I phoned them and was reassured and stayed on the phone while they went to her with a first aider. So reassuring and kind when one is so many miles away. Thank you ????
