Personally I'd say that Sainsbury's is solid as a supermarket. Quality pretty average, however it does have all the brand's you would expect in a super market. Staff are good, self checkout is also good. The car park is a bit mad and has it room for improvement overall. That's why I'm giving 3/5 stars.

Easy access for everyone, very helpful and friendly staff, and includes an Argos, a Pharmacy and a Dental Practice. Majority of the time, great at keeping items well stocked. The only thing I can fault is how often the aisles get swapped around so once you learn where everything is, that changes and can be a tad difficult to relearn.

A decent sized sainsbury's conveniently based near to bus stop and within walking distance of Brighton University and the busy Lewes Road. Quite a popular one for students, can get crowded at times. Advise you to avoid going at peak times, especially during covid etc. Toilets are a little mank and but at least there's an argos :)

This is a big store with an eclectic range (six varieties of Marmite but no Vegemite), a bit gloomy in terms of lighting but good fruit and veg. Of course the deli and meat counters are no more and the cheese is inferior to Tesco.The new Aldi's two minutes away provides an interesting comparison.
