Staff are always nice. Definitely noticeable there. I would suggest that Sainsbury's puts some effort into the bricked in tree and flower beds outside on the Lewes road. You sell gardening stuff, and it would be really nice is you put a bit back into the community a bit by planting some useful plants for birds, insects etc

Sainsbury Lewes Road is horrible. AC is broken at hottest time of year. Upward escalator is broken. Shelves badly stocked. Milk not cold. Yuk. What a dump. I'm on my way to Aldi instead.

As a visitor to Brighton I only use this store periodically. I find it very accessible by bus and easy parking if coming by car. The store has a big variety of products and I have never found my desired products out of stock. I think I prefer Sainsbury's to other supermarket chains.
