With this branch been local to home and work fo me I use it for most motor spares. But I have found over the last few visits that there is staff that are more than helpful and will go out their way to source a part. Then there is the staff that are just purely there to do no more than required. ie if you don't have a part number or reg number you may as well bang your head against a wall.

I ordered parts for my van were told they would be ready to collect on Saturday went on Saturday to collect and was told they had been sold to someone else.when I went again on Monday they did have the parts but was told if you order and have not paid for them they will sell them even if they know you are going to collect them .do not think this is good customer service.

paid cash for parts. parts were not used as I had been incorrectly advised and could not get my money back when I returned unopened goods. I was given a credit note......no good to me as I do not require anything else from them. Definitely won't use this place again. very disappointed.

Needed new battery for wife's car which wouldn't start. Rang round and most places didn't stock them, but SAF did. Were about £6 more expensive than elsewhere but gave me £6 refund for my old battery. Excellent Yuasa battery with four year warranty.

Staff are helpfull but don't seem to know which part matches to your motors reg-give you options but leave you to make the decision on which is the right part and that is impossible to do unlesss you have taken the part off your motor, then advise you to buy all the different parts.....fit the right one and come back to get a refund.....not ideal is it..........
