This place is a disgrace every time we come here we are here for a good 30 minutes waiting for just some discs and pads its ridiculous. Not to mention that the old guy serving cant even do the order properly gives me 1 item instead of 2 and now have to wait for the other item. I recomend you go to a another one never go here if you can help it. Absolutely joke ???? also keeping that in mind it was all click and collect. We left that one and went to the bullwell one within 3 minutes served and paid and out 3 minutes. Insane. 5 stars to them.

Ordered for click and collect. They took quite a while to bring my order from the back. They also gave me 2 items less, even though I called in a day before to ask if my click and collect order was compete and ready to collect, and I was told that it was. They also only hold your order for 3 days which isn't a very long time compared to other places.

ordered for click and collect advertised as open on website advertised as open on Google Great, I will order my parts and collect them today order parts, email, thanks for order, will be ready in half an hour. Great I live half an hour away. Drive across the entire city centre They are closed. What? Try to call and no answer. If you aren't open, don't advertise in multiple places you are open. Waste of petrol and time. Thanks.

Long wait due to one poor chap being left on his own to serve too many customers. Need at least two serving when busy instead of leaving it all to one person to process orders ,look for items and serve customers at the same time!!! Bloke was working his socks off,but was obviously in need of others to step in and help with long queues and workload.

Really disappointed with serve times. I use this store all the time and it’s great but the staff let them self down when it comes to serving, massive queue of 10 plus people and there’s only 1 person serving. Then having full conversations with the customers about subjects nothing to do with the the item they are buying, like we have all day to just stand there and wait in the rain whilst you chat away. Some people are in a rush and have things to do. This needs to be sorted as it’s not acceptable.

This is the worst auto parts store I've ever been too. Always one employee working the counter, and they chat endlessly with customers about nothing that has to do with why they're there. Everytime I come I dread it, knowing I'll be there waiting for 15-40mins, and that's just to get to the counter. Additionally, they're slow about retrieving the items. And, hopefully you never have to return anything; my God. They're either annoyed with you or say, ''sorry, there's no Manager to do the return. Can you come back tomorrow?'' After today I'll never go back to this place or order anything online. Use GSF Car parts or even eBay depending on how bad you need the part. I hope this place goes out of business!!!!

Rude staff that wnt offer you advice but only offer you the most expensive item. Staff would bad mouth customers after they leave the store. And dnt ask for a refund as staff just shake their head in disgust and roll their eyes. I know i wnt come to euro car parts again.

Went to Euro Car Parts for 6l of 0w30...paid, realised as I was walking out it was 5w30. Went back, explained, simple mistake that due to the mask the sales rep, who I've known many years and is a good bloke, probably just misheard me. We had a bit of a joke about it, asked him to refund it...he couldn't, not allowed. The other guy in the shop doesn't have permission to credit either, they both need permission from management. They then asked me to come in next Saturday for a refund, best they can do considering the hours I work...car's booked in tomorrow onwards for a turbo rebuild and refit this week. So I'm nearly £50 down and I've got 6l of 5w30 C3, which is the wrong oil, that I can't get a refund on until Saturday, when I'm meant to be at an event near Silverstone. I can't go in the week because, like many people, I have this thing called a job...so I'm £50 out of pocket (plus fuel, plus an hour of my life) because a branch manager can't trust two members of staff who have been running the shop without an issue for literally years. I can deal with not having the oil right now, sourcing that tomorrow will easy, but the fact that I can't get a refund on something I just bought and didn't even leave the shop is not only an utter joke, but also borderline in breach of my consumer rights. I now have to take time out of one of my days off to get a refund that easily could've been given if management had a little forethought to think that maybe, JUST MAYBE, euros might somehow supply the wrong parts. Ridiculous...and people wonder why the garages are using GSF or Suttons...????????‍♂️

Ridiculous service, should call it click and queue not click and collect. Ordered a light blub online for collection for £7.66 on Sunday, when arrived had to queue outside in the rain for good 20-25 minutes. When finally got the counter, they couldn't find my order details from the order reference number and had to place a new order there and then using the item number from the order confirmation email. The young guy behind the till was eating McDonald's fries while serving and the older one serving was having meaningless conversations with customers that's distracting him of processing the orders.Also why in this age and time they have to write order details they complete on piece of paper is beyond me. Last, could do with modernising their order and collection method, get someone from the back to bring the orders to checkout desk while those serving customers can continue to serve others rather than them having to desappear at the back for minutes at time to bring the items. Over all, management of staff and customer service need overhauling and lots of work.

Absolute joke, obviously another place thinking oh it's a woman walking in she won't have a clue. Well thank you Dave but actually I know it's the correct coolant and I know they are the correct brake cables. No I don't need to know about the trailer that you are restoring. If the guys spent more time serving us and less time gabbing then the que wouldn't be out the door and we wouldn't be forced to stand amongst each other for so long.

Why does it always take so long to get served at ECPs? Why do they always just have one person serving? 20 minutes to get to the front of the queue and pick up some oil and an oil filter! The record though is 45 minutes to get a 3 quid oil sump plug (at a different branch, I honestly believe the girl serving went on a break at one point). Cudos to the guy serving at Nottingham though, he was rushing around seeing to everyone.

Needed to exchange a car battery that was purchased in April 2019 and it went dead last week. Computers went down in the shop 20 minutes before I arrived. Thankfully it was an even exchange/like for like and the manager approved the exchange even with the computers being down. Most places won't do that for you. Very happy with ECP.
