Autosave were recommended to me as I needed to replace the battery on my car. From the first call to finding out exactly where they were to leaving having had the battery replaced, a rear bulb replaced and some very noisy windscreen wiper blades changed, I have to say the whole experience was a pleasant one. I did not feel out of pocket either, the charges were very reasonable. Would definitely come back when needed and will definitely recommend. Keep up the fantastic service - you deserve the plaudits.

Just been to Autosave and they were very helpful. I had a diagnostic done on my car and they offered good sound honest advise. They also replaced all my much needed windscreen wipers with bosh ones at a very compatible price. I will go there again and highly recommend them.

Such fantastic service whenever I go here. They are always so helpful. I always get my car bulbs and wipers from here and they fit them for free. They got my screen wash sprayer working in no time and didn’t charge me. I will always continue to go here as such good service.

Andy and his team are exceptional and I have used them for years. It is friendly and efficient and never make you feel stupid about asking for advice. Nothing is too much trouble and I recommend them regularly. I really cannot praise them enough for the service they provide. If they cannot help they give you sound advice on where to get help and most of all I trust them to be honest and fair.

Fantastic place. Have helped me multiple times, a few times without even charging me (I'm quite new to the car game!). Fast quality service. I'd always been worried about being taken advantage of due to my lack of car knowledge but if anything these guys undercharge and are always happy to show you what they're doing so that you can try and do it yourself next time. I am now competent with adding oil, anti-freeze and changing tyres. Customer for life!

I really appreciate having these guys in West Bridgford and have never had a bad experience. They recently replaced the battery quickly and efficiently, and run diagnostic checks to sort out another problem. The service was fantastic, nothing was too much effort and I would highly recommend them.

Whenever I have the need to go and see the guys at Autosave they never fail to deliver. I'm always welcomed by courteous, friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff who actually take a genuine interest in helping me to find the right product for my needs. The range and depth of stock at Autosave always amazes me too! Us local folks are so lucky to have such a gem of a store in our community and long may we support this cracking shop!

I recently asked Autosave if they could fit me a DAB radio in my campervan. They replied quickly, outside of their working hours and we had a very useful conversation which helped me decide what I wanted. There was a minor problem with getting the right unit, but they resolved it quickly and with a minimum of fuss. I would recommend them and have always had quality service.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Had a flat battery on a VW Golf which they replaced. Some other warning lights came on after fitting. They fully investigated and found a fuse that needed replacement. Fantastic attitude of wanting the job 100% complete. Could not recommend highly enough. Will use for all my motoring needs going forward.
