Not sure who the people are who have posted such positive comments but I can only say I would not recommend them. As far as I am concerned they do nothing but lie and are completely dishonest. I would have given zero stars if I could.

Wow! What amazing customer service. John and Kyle are genuine! Ordered and paid for a clutch kit recently. It turned out to be incorrect for the car- an easy error given the massive number of part number changes etc. One phone call to them and one email and happy to take it back and super friendly and polite- no hassle. I would use them anytime. Thank you

Could not have been happier with the service, emails were exchanged in a timely manner, customer service was excellent, all my questions answered efficiently, I asked for the photos of the car part and photos were sent.
I was given a timescale regarding delivery and I wasn't disappointed as the package arrived as agreed.
I feel they really took the time out to help me.
The car part was as described and seen through photos.
I would use again.

WISH I HAD READ "M Johnson" review. SENT POOR QUALITY PARTS AND SHOCKS THAT HAD NO BUSHES! GARAGE AND COMMON SENSE SAID THESE WERE WRONG AND JOHN KEPT INSISTING HE WAS RIGHT AND EVERYONE ELSE IS WRONG. WOULDN'T TAKE BACK. EVENTUALLY SENT BACK BUT HAS NOT REFUNDED ANY MONEY. PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND FIND A REPUTABLE PERSON OUT THERE.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS !!
WILL SEND YOU OUT ANY OLD PARTS AND THEN NOT WILLING TO REFUND ANY MONEY AFTER WEEKS OF CHASING AND SENDING THE WRONG PARTS BACK REFUSED TO REFUND ANY POSTAGE WHEN THEY SENT THE WRONG PARTS .
POOR SERVICE - RUDE STAFF - I WOULD SERIOUSLY NOT USE THEM AGAIN AND SUGGEST YOU ALSO STAY AWAY AND FIND OTHER GOOD COMPANIES OUT THERE, ALSO DO NOT USE PARTS GATEWAY AS THEY ARE UNHELPFUL AS THE PARTS WERE ORDERED THROUGH THEIR SYSTEM
