Lots of parts available, but don't get caught up with tempting online discount codes. Prices are inflated before you use the discount code, so by the time you use the discount code you're paying the regular street price. In some occasions you'll actually get some items cheaper else where, so if you're not in a hurry and got time to research / price compare do this before ordering from them.

Good price for my parts but always a long wait in here
I was stood at the counter a while not acknowledge by staff who could see me through a window in a door, a que formed out the door and into the car park with a few people moaning that the odd times they visit it takes ages for anyone to serve them
On a previous visit I had stood at the counter for a good ten minutes so went to the warehouse piece next door to find someone to serve me and got told I'm not supposed to be in here, we'll try offering a service to your customers at the counter in a timely manner

Operating under restrictions with no signage in place. One week open to everyone, week after NHS only. A brilliant way to treat paying customers. A little more information would be nice instead of the irate, short, staff they currently hire. Pitiful.

They usually have the parts I need in stock,few times though I've been disappointed in parts I would have expected to be in stock,as they were main service parts I urgently needed.
So had to go elsewhere,in someone else's car,as couldn't drive mine due to them not having the parts.

Friendly staff unlike the castle marina brach. In and out in less than five minutes if you know what you want. Ample parking spaces. Only disadvantage is this is far away from bus routes. Best way to get there is by car.
