Very helpful and good service, I asked if they have a exhaust clamp for my motorcycle which the chap went and about 5 minutes later he got a clamp very similar. Jobs a good un and thanks to all at Sutton autos.

paid cash and tried to return the unused part as it was not required but can only have a credit note. I don't need anything else. I could have understood if the returned part had been opened. definitely won't be going there again.....credit note for sale.

I bought a coilpack from saf to find it was ill fitting and brittle. I tried fitting it and the clips that hold wiring in place snapped off and the plug was too tight. When starting the car it actually made it run worse! I rang them up to ask if I could return it for a refund and they said it was none returnable because it had been tested. I've been working on cars for over 10 years, having been a mechanic in different garages and I've never heard such troffle before as to why I couldn't return it. He said that it would have marks on the terminals where they sit on the plugs and that they wouldn't be able to resell it. When I said it's exactly as it was when I collected it 5 minutes ago he waffled on about diagnostic machines giving false readings to fob me off some more. I looked online to contact the head office and there's literally no information what so ever on how to contact any customer service. A waste of £40 and a waste of time. Should have gone to euro car parts where I've never had an issue refining parts.

brought a thermostat brand new for a mk5 astra i sold the car so never got round to put the part on i taken it back and they said ive already used it and it smells of anti freeze when ive never put the part on they spoke to me like crap and they never gave me my money back or credit note never going there again.
