I’ve used Ken’s for several years for fitting tow bars etc. And the service has always been very good. I had a problem with my fitting and removal of a detachable tow bar. They sorted it out very promptly and cheaply. A good service, I would recommend them.

They were very efficient and professional on pre and post advice on having a tow bar fitted with 13 point electric connection for towing a caravan.
The work was carried out on time. Also very competitively priced.
They went the extra mile and assisted with advice on how to best fit the number plate on the caravan.

Changed cumbelt and full service for our Galaxy. Best price for remarkably well done job. Costumer service absolutely amazing and helpful explained everything what they done. They even changed alternator belt for the same price. Definitely recommend and I will use again when needed

Taher and the team initially quoted me for some complicated work, following a phone conversation with Taher, we managed to negotiate the quote to a lower price which was great. The work was completed quickly and was easy to book in. The car seems to be running well now, so no complaints from me!

10 out of 10 for these guys! Helpful and enthusiastic from the first enquiry to the completion of the work. They fitted an electric snow plough to the front of my vw amarok, they fitted the front tow bar and even built the plough itself for me. Highly skilled staff would definitely recommend! Icing on the cake when they lifted the plough onto the back of my truck and strapped it down for me. They really went the extra mile and the price was very competitive and fair. Will be back if I need anything else doing

Just a word of advice if you don't know anything about car, please don't use this shop, i have just been charged £120 to charge a plug on my sons reversing sensor a 5 minutes job ,when challenged they was very untruthful and rude please if you don't know anything about cars don't use ..rip off..

Excellent quick service, friendly staff. I called into a main Citroën dealer to obtain a new car key and was told that it had to be ordered from France at a cost of about £200.00. It would take between ten and fifteen days. Then a further £60.00 to programme it. Ken's Auto Spares provided me with two programmed keys working perfectly in under an hour for £150.00. Double the number of keys for just over half the price of one key from the main dealer in a minute fraction of the time. Am I happy? You bet I am.

Did a lovely job with my standard tow bar and tow ball and twin electrics, on my Citroen C4, (the small one, not the Picasso). I was worried that it might interfere with the reversing sensors,, but they hid the electrics well, and the sensors are not aware there is a tow bar fitted, much to my relief. A job well done, thank you, Tony.

I thought I needed new brakes on my car as they were not doing what they shoukd have been doing. I took car into kens telling them it needs new brakes. They had my car in for 2 hours and in that time they had took off the brake pads and saw that the adjusters were not on the right way round so they put them on right and put everything else back on and called me to tell me car was ready and what they did. They did not do work that did not need doing. My brakes have now been great and handbrake especially was great after they had my car in. They don't charge expensively either for work that dont need doing. I will take my car there again for work done. They are honest and legite. Recommend u take your carto then. Very good fast service. Great

Don't let these cowboys fit a tow bar, we have just had to take our car into a garage after the towbar electrics failed.
It was fitted about 5 years ago so thought things fail just get it fixed. It turns out that Kens autos fitted the relay box outside under the rear of the car and to protect it front he weather put it in a plastic bag that had filled up with water and killed the relay. How it lasted 5 years I never know
It's now cost me £125 to get it corrected by a professional

Day light robbery! Be warned! Owner has no respect and no customer service skills. Extremely rude. Be careful when paying a deposit as it does not get refunded. Booked my car for a tow bar fitting but their were unable to fit it to my vehicle, when asked for a refund for the deposit I paid the owner called me stupid and said it will not be returned. Have contacted trading standard agency as this company should not be handling customers this way.

The service was very good although I did have one issue which was the incorrect electric connector was fitted to my towbar and I was unable to connect my caravan. This however, was rectified the next day and everything works fine. This would not deter me from going back to Bulwell as it was an oversight and not poor workmanship. This is why I’ve given 4 stars and not the 5 I would have.

Just pick my car up which has had a towbar fitted and at the rear and the sides the car has been scratched. they told me it was already there well I don't think it was already there it is only had a respray two and a half . there was a big black mark on the side of the car at the rear I went to wipe it off and I can feel the scuff mark underneath it. they've done a good job with the tow bar but they will not accept responsibility for the scuff Mark even though I know it was not there on the morning

The back brakes on my van were worn so I went to kens autos to get them replaced. Zaif ordered the parts and were there within the hour. They fitted the brakes the same day and were much cheaper than other garages quoted me. Excellent service.
