Part was ordered in store for collection next day. part never arrived next day meaning a I had to re-schedule with my mechanic to fit the part. Returned to store to again re-oder the part, and again next day not in store for collection! So now cannot use vehicle all weekend as part cannot be fitted... No offer of resolution just a shrug and apology. Really poor service and total waste of time. Will not use again for anything.

Didn't like the message on their office window which said " This a one way mirror, if you can see us we fitted it other way around" Which meant Don't bother us over here as I understood. Check their website first for availability of products and for discounts and ring thep up to make sure it's there on the shelf.
