I’m not sure who it was that helped me today at the self service but I’m writing this review on the 16/05/2021 and it was about ten minutes ago at 10:29 if that helps to identify the employee!
I was at the self service a moment ago and my card kept getting declined when I was trying to buy my shopping for some reason. I was running late and was about to catch a train and had had a really terrible morning and felt miserable. Your employee paid for my shopping without any hesitation or even asking for anything in return! I’ve been crying since I left- it was such a considerate thing to do and I hope this employee gets recognised in some way. Thank you so much!

Staff always really nice, ideal selection of what you need to pick-up when you're passing through (sandwiches, booze, etc). And now with self-service check-outs so a much smaller wait time in the queue!

This is my go to whenever I'm going onto a long journey! Very lovely stuff but the files are not very accessible or big especially when you want to go to the tills!! If you have trouble though I'm sure they will help you if you have accessibility issues.

This is a small store in a prime location, so it has a smaller range of stock and some products may be a little dearer than elsewhere.
With that in mind, it is kept very well stocked, the shelves are always being replenished. And there are 10 tills, with staff quickly prioritising the tills so that travelers can catch their trains.
Very busy at peak times. Don't be put off by a long queue - it will move fast.
Lastly, you can find some good food bargains at the end of the day, as they clear their stock.

Three floors of M&S. Quality products. Helpful staff. The shop is very well organised and offers wide variety of products. Great vegetables section and lots of organic food. Highly recommend.

A train station M&S, what's not to hate?
Do yourself a favour and eat from one of the vans out the front or the cafe's down Trafalgar St (come out of the station by M&S, then down the road under the station). It'll take 90 seconds and you'll thank yourself for it.

Wonderful M & S Simply Food store in Brighton Railway Station. We were staying close by and went in here for four nights salad dinners for our room.
Superb food as we have come to expect from M & S.

This is not a 'real' M&S but is a franchise run by the station, so they increase the prices significantly from the normal M&S prices.

Negozio che vende soltanto cibo di una buona fattura. La pulizia e lo staff sono normali, quindi più che sufficienti. Il grande difetto sono i prezzi abbastanza alti, fatto comprensibile essendo all'interno della stazione centrale.
