Sold me a Mcareer antivirus product where it was impossible to scratch off the film to see the security key. Would not acknowledge the problem and did not listen to me. Would not reimburse. Will not shop here again

Big store with loads of goodies, most of the things that I'm interested in are downstairs though so I regularly have to travel that escalator of theirs, millions of TVs at the back too, perhaps a few too many?

Very helpful staff, shop has 2 levels. Basement has computers and apple products in ground floor they have things like music accessories, phones, TV's, cameras and many more! Most of the time they have everything in store.

My friend bought an Iwatch there, only broke the seal on the packaging, did not even take out the watch from its box, tried to return it but did not manage because of the broken seal. Terrible customer service (3 hours waiting time in store - rude) - avoid absolutely ! better to buy directly from apple ! as Apple later told her (they would have taken back the watch with the broken seal). Beware of misinformation in the purchase

If i could put zero star i will, customer service if s terrible, knowledge zero ... they need to employe more knowledge people and sack the one who doesn't deserve to work for a big company like this !!!! I understand is very difficult to know most products you sell but at least tried to get the information the customer need .
How many sale the company lost everyday because of lack of knowledge and customer service... if i was the owner i will be concerned .
For my i will recommend to buy somewhere else , amazon or ebay .... i just lost 3 hours of my day i will never get back !!!! Today is maplin who closing down i won't be surprised if pc world is next .

Bad experience. Super slow customer service although there are a lot of floor staff that seem to be wandering around aimlessly. Asked to buy a jvc speaker and the floor staff seemed to not know where anything was. Turns out they were out of stock...

Decent store with a good selection. The staff generally know what they're doing although not always. The display televisions are not always working and when I was there, the staff could not get one of them working which was a bit of a shame. Otherwise a decent store.

I purchased a laptop this weekend at this branch of PC World.
Aziz was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and to be honest I was not intending to buy a laptop that day and I really only wanted to see what was available and then I would order online, the only reason i did buy it was because of Aziz, he is an asset to PC World and I wish him all the best.

Been over a month waiting for a 8 month old surface pro 4 that was apparently sent to microsoft to get repaired. Nobody follows up. The service is really bad , its easier to contact the president of the United states than contacting someone at the store.

I asked the employee if they had the logitech g933 with no hesitation and no looking at the system he says no then since i think he knows better i go ahead and get a different set of headphones i went back home and used the headphones and was not happy so i checked the store online and it said they had the logitech g933 in the shop
