Terrible service. I recommend you buy online from somewhere else. We wanted to buy a laptop here which was in stock in another store but they said we had to go to that store and that they couldn't get it delivered in to this store for collection... useless.

Terrible customer service. I bought a hard drive yesterday after an employee told me that it was aluminum. When I came home and opened the packaging I found out it was plastic. When I went to exchange it this morning (less than 24 hours later) they would not even exchange it because I had opened it. Given that I was told one thing and sold another, I felt very strongly that they should honour the exchange despite their "unopened original packaging" policy. They refused. Extremely disappointed in a store that I have shopped in many times before. They have lost my business for good. I guess the loss of my business and yet another negative review was less important to them than digging their heels in on their ill suited policy.

Very disappointed by customer service. Bought a laptop on the black firday. When I already was in another country, find out that it is faulty laptop. They couldn't help by the phone and asked to bring the laptop. Thay have confirmed that it faulty and offered money back because they do not have the same laptop to replace. The problem is that it was a black Friday deal and for that price there are no alternatives in that price range and specifications.

So I was in on Wednesday the 1st of February at 15:20 to buy earphones the ones I wanted were on a locked on the wrong ones and one of the nice employee tried to give me £20 off because the price was wrong, the manager said don't do that and was very rude to me and another fellow customer before me being very cocky. I work in customer service and he wouldn't survive a day where I work. He is a disgrace to everything a manager should be and I have no idea how he got that job. Please do the right thing and fire him.

I was in London last weekend, during my trip my camera broke. After checking the nearest store to our Hotel, my partner and I visited Currys in High Street Kensington. The service I received was second to none, I was welcomed by a lovely gentleman who directed me to the customer service desk. Steve the assistant asked me if I had replacement insurance cover for my 'existing broken camera' which I was unsure of. He went out of his way to check this. He very kindly advised this was all in place, furthermore took time to show me the camera that would be most suitable. I left the store with a brand new camera and copy certificate of insurance (which is effective for another 2 years.) A very very happy customer, thanks to a great team. Linda Fox

MANAGER ....NO COMMENT Full of staff walking around and not competent at all: top of this Manager...if I can call that person manager...she doesn't know how to deal with customers and problems at all. After one month the unique person able to solve the problem was Erik: It guy and the unique staff member (with Tuc) totally competent and deserving a manager role. Last time the manager to try to solve my problem..was supposed to write notes on the claim chasing up Hp but after a while I discovered that no note at all written and my case has been solved, after 2 hours thanks to Eric again, big statue to him. In 2 hours waiting there, I just saw long queue of people waiting for It team availability and other lots of staff, MANAGER INCLUDED, just walking around and passing all the proBlems to It team; i just saw complains from consumers about long waiting to have proper competent help (again Eric or Tuc). Until staff will not be more competent and same manager will still be there I will not go and buy anything from there.

Bought a pair of headphones for them, lost the receipt, their website stated that a bank statement would suffice. They found two identical transactions. Unfortunately, they do not store timestamps for them, so they didn't know which one to cancel, despite my bank statement having a timestamp for this exact reason.

I was sold a faulty iPad and after returning to the store with full receipts, the device and the apple diagnostic report stating that the device was faulty, I was promised I would have vouchers to purchase a replacement product in 2-3 days. Difficult as I work solely on this device but I had to wait until they call with the voucher code. At the end of day 4 still no call or code and no replacement device. I'm still unable to work. After further hours on the phone it has been suggested I may receive a small amount (about half the cost of a similar replacement) in another 5 days. I have been lied to by the store promising me a replacement within 3 days. I have been offered half the amount of a replacement which they are saying may arrive 2 weeks from me visiting the store. All this after THEY supplied me with a faulty device. If I had bought this from Apple they would have supplied me with a like for like replacement at the same time I was in store getting the diagnostic report and I would not have lost 2 working weeks with a faulty device. Appalling customer service. For anyone considering a purchase go straight to the Apple Store.
