Very bureaucratic - better buy things online - will send you from one store to another because items are alledgly in stock elsewhere and then can't sell the last items or items on display, can get authority only for certain display items etc.... chaos and unorganised

Wasn’t a pleasant experience. Store seemed really aged. I asked for support from one of the staff who was very focused on selling Sony TVs and was dressed with a Sony jumper. He was pretty much slating all other TV brands. That’s not how you sell. Curry’s review your brand ‘experts’, they can hinder your overall business! Also, the price matching is non-existent. As a previous salesman, TVs will rarely be price matched as the product code will be different with all retailers, so beware with the sales tactics that they suck you in with.

This shop is very big and very well provided with all sort of tech devices offering a wide range of brands you can choose from. The staff is usually polite and helpful although they constantly try Upsell stuff you don't really need.

If you want to buy Microsoft computer, avoid doing it with PC WORD, they sold me faulty computer on the 19 Dec, when I went back to return the computer they ask me to keep it for few more days, the problem seems to stop but mostly because I hardly used it, when I went to put all my data in the computer on the 7th February 7 weeks after buying the screen started to flick and then the computer went dead, I went back to PC WORD in Fulham, and they ask me to go to High Street Kensington because they were closing down, in High Street Kensington the manager said he was happy to change it but that they didn't have it in stock, they ordered in Oxford Street storage but I was shocked when they also said they can't do anything about apart of sending it to repair and that it will take between 4 to 6 weeks. I have refused to send new computer to repair, as it was not my fault and they should exchange it for new one under the law Customers Consumer Rights . The 3 branches drove me crazy , so rude some of them, lying in my face , and Arrogant s, specially the manager in Oxford Street, I told them that I will contact Customers Consumer Rights, which I did. I also went to Microsoft Shop in Oxford Street as I did not know where to go, PC WORD phone line was impossible to talk to anyone,Microsoft in Oxford Street, have agreed to exchange the computer, we were both shock they did not do it and that they look in to it,I was getting charge £10.99 monthly for a service for Customer support agreement but they don't really provide anything, Microsoft told me the computer is cover for 1 year already from the day of the purchase, and that it was no need to pay as they can check any issues for no charge for one year, PC WORD ASKED to go and ask Microsoft to resolve to resolve the problem!!!so why I am paying the £10.99 then? as they couldn't do it. On top of that, the person who sold me the computer added in my bill, £213.99,anti Virus which I never asked for, I have already mine that expiry in 08.2020, set up which I did my self, and knowhow cloud. Thank GOd I checked my bill on time and i got refunded £213,99 for the extra charge and received apologise. I have lost my trust on them,NEVER EVER I WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, they are very fast to take your money but when is an issue they all hide. Disgusting

Sometimes you have to wait a little while to get help but the staff do know their stuff. Every section has their expert and can help a lot making a choice. As a store it has a very big range of electronics and appliances which makes it very convenient to shop various items in one place.

Went in today to do my first big girl buy and got myself a Lenovo laptop! Absolutely amazing staff! Honestly customer service is on Poiiinttt, especially Aris, I appreciate your time and effort honestly if I had a golden star I’d give you one! and Majed... you should-of gone to specsavers ???????? small mistakes happen though but I really appreciate that you found the right laptop in the end ???????? When I finally did find a gent, he gave me the impression that he had no desire to live, let alone serve me. We came to look at some cameras we were interested in. Shopping online doesn't always give you tactile feedback you need when deciding on a physical item. The staff member in the camera section was very warm and welcoming and assisted us adeptly without being overly intrusive. Very professional, also very good camera knowledge. We decided on one of the new Lumias, on her recommendation. Very happy with it, and with the price and service I received here. Would shop again.

Gave in a laptop for repairs, (which took about 45 minutes at the time to even be simply signed in) paid £340, was told that it would be back in absolute max a week; two weeks later and still no estimation of when it will be back despite four calls, the last one being answered by an extremely rude and patronising handler. No information from manufacturers and no way to contact them.

I'll admit to being somewhat surprised that prices, at least for a low-end foray into a convertible/2in1 laptop, were competitive with online retailers. As one of the last bastions of high street electronics retailing, they do have the added benefit of being able to view and, to a limit extent, try products before purchasing - for that reason alone, it would be a shame to see them disappear; there is a sense that they might be a bit encumbered with overly large stores (quite a bit of repetition in products displayed and generously sized displays, particularly of more niche products - think high-end drones, etc.). I feel an occasional purchase is appropriate to help support the showroom as a public service, and helps ease the guilt of those occasions when you go away and buy cheaper online instead.

I went to Curry's Carphone Warehouse on Friday and a ginger lady (I think her name was Natalie) was working there. She was litteraly the best of the experience. She guided me through my upgrade progress and informed me of everything even though I made 1000 questions she was still very nice and helpful. I didn't feel good that day she even noticed I was feeling sick and she offered her help right away I highly recommend this lady as her customer service is a 10. Thank you Natalie I am very pleased with my phone and my upgrade.

Good showroom to look at electronics before you decide to buy from a professional business instead of these high street cowboys. They do have the odd good deal, but beware if you click and collect. The staff here haven't really got a grasp of this concept yet. Check they are handing you the correct items with the right spec. My friend went to collect a Philips Hue bulbs B22 started pack. They tried to hand her the ES screw in bulb pack instead. Get your act together and have the right click and collect orders in one place for customers to collect without being messed about.

for sure you im avoiding going to this store mainly because of the manners i seen from management dealing with a complainant who came to return a TV that he discovered that the screen was broken when he arrived home , i was watching the lady manager accusing him that he damaged the TV , that was sooooo BAD to watch .. and i could 100% see that the guy was honest and genuine but she was arrogant id rather through my money in the bin and not going in this store
