Had a less than satisfactory experience with was hopefully one-off. I wanted to purchase a copy of Windows 10 on USB media. So, I approached a member of staff who said they were serving a customer and they would ask a colleague to assist. I hung around for around 10 mins and no-one attended to me. I then thought I'd see if I could reserve it on line which I did.
I then went to the counter to purchase the item and it was too soon after ordering. Anyway to cut a long story short, after 2 more visits (the same afternoon, the key to the cupboard in which the items were kept had been mislaid so I couldn't make the purchase.
They were at least courteous enough to confirm by phone later in the afternoon that they were unable to fulfil my request that day.

This is a completely RACIST store. There is a musician, named AJ Tracey, who recently entered the store to buy some things. His skin tone is brown. He had purchased his stuff, and was leaving the store, when he was stopped by a member of staff as he thought the man was STEALING. This is absolutely outrageous. It has been recorded & posted on Instagram and Snapchat for further information. Disgusting.

Honestly had the best experience at this branch needed 2 laptops, a printer and a whole load of office equipment where I was helped and guided through the whole process by the manager Martin and sales assistant Hector Fernando. I went in a confused man and left with a smile on my face very encouraging as I had just opened my first business! I would highly recommend pc world to anyone who is trying to the same. Martin and Fernando honestly gave me one of the best services I’ve received before, and also offered me a service to pre install all softwares that I need! Thank you so much!

I went to get my items recycled which they are able to recycled any electronic item, super helpful. They take their time when speaking to individuals so it’s not an ideal place to get your problems sorted as quickly as possible.

I went over there to collect a reserved product but there is no definite point where you can show the reservation reference and collect your order. I didn't know whom to ask for this. They took a long time to figure it out. The person helped me out finally he was asking me what was my order and also showing me the samples of products whether I have ordered for the same one. While he was meant to take my reference number and give me my packaged product. I didn't like the management of the store at all

Manager helpful in sorting out an exchange. Queue signage poor. Team Knowhow, seem less interested in dealing with customers. The company as a whole seems very disjointed and unorganised. If you're going to merge companies, get your act together.

Needed a network switch in a hurry. Ordered online at 9am and paid for same day delivery 1pm-3pm. At noon got email saying order had been cancelled with no explanation. Forget about ordering online with these Muppets. Use Amazon prime if it's important.

Lots of the stuff here is overpriced, but the staff are helpful and knowhow is a great repair service. It would be so much better if it wasn't so insanely overpriced and if they stocked more computer parts. Great place for advice, but sadly not such a great place to buy

Disaster! You have to hunt down a staff member, they are hiding from the customers and when you finally find one of them, they send you to different parts of the shop instead of helping you. I wasted half an hour until I got a cable which I needed for my TV.

I had a bad experience in this store. I was buying a laptop. The box was open (cause apparently they set it up, so that you don't have to) - and they ask you to pay £40 for it. I refused to pay for a service that I didn't request. Had to speak to 4 different people and finally, they cut the "setup fee" to £10 and presented me with a "take it or leave it deal". On top of that, the fact that they setup the PC started the warranty about 3 months in advance, and then I had to spend another few days calling the vendor to try to set the correct date on the warranty.
