Absolute shambles!! Application accepted in principal, it was passed to the underwriters and I was told they would be in touch. Then I had an email to say my application had been accepted and they needed a copy of my payslip which I sent and there were documents for me to sign which I signed. I then had a text asking what the loan was for, I replied and had another text which I replied to but then had no answer from them. I tried to contact via email and text asking if it was actually accepted but got no reply. I eventually found the phone number for them which I rang and it says do not contact for application updates!! What a joke!! I spoke to a lady who said it was still with the underwriters, I asked how if i had an email to say it was accepted. She informed me she didn’t understand why and I would have to wait for an email. A few hours later then I get an email to say my application had been declined. If I had read through the reviews thoroughly before applying I would have never bothered with this company. Load of rubbish!!

Great company. Straight forward application. They do checking, rightly so. They contacted my work, needed picture of my debit card. Am very happy with service. Although as every other pay day company they're expensive but they was her when needed desperately some funds.

Unfortunately this company did NOT keep any promises , and after my last Bubbling review , i am thoroughly disappointed with this company and how it treated me as a customer. After promising the money on several occasions completely misled me in every possible way they could. i’m sorry but i would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. totally deflated!!

Great customer service, straightforward application process. Funds deposited quickly.
However just as I repaid my loan had a few car issues and I don't have the cheapest car for being repaired and thought quidmarket would be able to help however having not missed any payments they declined me totally gutted helped me first time but not when I really need it????

After taking out 2 loans with Quid Market they agreed to write off the remaining £200 after I complained of unreasonable lending. The matter was dealt with professionally and thoroughly. My opinion of the company has gone up.

Absolutely horrendous outfit, firstly I filled out the initial loan application form, followed by a questionnaire later that evening. All going great David I was told!!!
The following morning I received this..

Within 20 minutes of me forwarding the payslip, I received a text saying loan declined.
So Quid Market were not ready to fund my loan as they had stated in a previous email after all???
I notice all the responses the firm have given to reviews are that of a robot!! I could probably write the response for them word for word with the good old, feel free to call our super helpful team to discuss.... on whatever the number is lol.
My advice folks is to stay clear of these clowns, there are plenty of other more straight talking firms to deal with!!!!

I applied for a loan in the early hours of Monday morning and uploaded a few pay slips. Received a request for pay slips or bank statement, once I told them I'd uploaded some and replied with my most recent, they'd processed my loan within a few hours. A new company for me to use but so far I'm happy with their services

I applied for a loan on a Sunday night and was told provisionally approved won't be able to process as out of working hours and will be worked on Monday first thing then 1 hour later declined how can underwriters assess my application when not there I am a returning customer who paid off 1 month early what a way to treat loyal customers no loyalty at all appaling

Easy process getting the loan but I get texts and calls every single week saying that it hasn't been paid even though I make sure the funds are in my bank. I have to call them every week to sort this out and make a payment. I have now cancelled my direct debit and will pay directly in to their account so I'm in control of the payments. Very unprofessional company that I recommend you avoid like the plague.

Don’t work close to 6pm and cut calls off even though they claim to be open.
Then you need call back next day and they get more interest.
Also staff unawares about 14 day cooling off under Consumer Credit Act.
Finally the log on online does not allow you to make over payments.
This is all designed so they can make more money from you!
