Have to agree with hoops review. The staff are rather arrogant and fanciful with their truths. Was told the headphones I was selling to them was a fake even though I bought from john lewis and had the receipt Brand new. When I offered to produce the receipt from john lewis i was met with a nervy silence. Then was told its because each headphone had a personal signature on them?? over 10 million headphones personally signed?
Was also sold goods way more expensive than brand new on online shops.
PS. Sold the headphones to someone else at a higher price that same day.

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY this shop is the worst with the staff acting smug and always seem like they have better things to do
I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND any of the cex stores as they buy your goods for penny's and sell it at a high profit like this for example brought a phone of the for £42 i then wanted to sell it to them few days later they offered me £2.50
