Staff are friendly and accommodating. Due to finishing work later I arrived at the shop 20mins before closing time. Needed to renew the contract as it was the last day and pick a new phone etc. Staff did not rush me, explained and answered my questions and were pleasant till the end. Very nice place.

Staff can be a bit over enthusiastic to get your custom, whilst having a telephone conversation repeatedly trying to get my attention to the point of annoyance where I ended up walking out of the shop. Clean and tidy store but narrow and over crowded when busy. this is why I have rated them 2.

Pre lockdown I spoke to Three as I was a victim of fraud, after spending a ridiculous amount of time on the phone and webchat I was told that the only way to resolve my issue was to contact the Three Store in Brixton. I rang the number provided 50-60 times over the course of a few weeks but nobody ever picked up the phone. Awful customer service!

After sorting out a contract for a friend last week, I went back to this branch to get myself a contract. Daniel was most helpful and very polite. He’s excellent at his job, very friendly and energetic! He helped me get a great deal with unlimited 4G and the service has been perfect. Definitely recommend and I hope Daniel gets recognised for his great job!

I had a lot of problems with my contract and after years of 3 being super frustrating and unhelpful and spending a lot of time trying to resolve things this phone shop and particularly Daniel have finally helped to sort it out! Everyone in the shop were friendly and Daniel was especially great helped sort out all my problems explained all my options and eventually got me a cheaper deal than 3 had been offering me despite being a long time customer. Thanks for your help Daniel might have given up hope for this provider without you!

The Manager (Milena)and one of her staff (Abdul Hakeem) were amazing. Make sure you ask for them. Joke beside. I drove them nuts through the 2hrs most my brother from another Mother Hakeem, as the call centre messed up my uncles number with my business one. He was polite, friendly, funny and took away my distress and made me calm. Both made sure all get set back and made sure i had laughter and went home happy. Great work guys. Just be patient with the waiting time is normally quick, but as the Covie, we sadly have to que.But as soon as is your turn, you arw getting a great service. They will not leaf you disappointed. I feel safe and protected, they also wear facemask.

Brixton store - simply marvelous assistance received! Klanis with Jay (assistant manager) took control of what had been a stressful on-line exchange when I presented myself at Brixton. She was knowledgeable, helpful and her persistence prevailed! I've been a '3 'customer for a decade and this exchange which rectified a confusing situation, was my best ever. With thanks to both.

Left totally frustrated, they appeared to have no desire to right the error from another branch.. Maybe if I had bought the phone, rather than just needing a relevant simcard, the outcome could have been different.. I won't be going back, that's for sure

I was in the store twice this week on both occasions I recieved great customer support. I was particularly impressed by the support I received today from Aday he patiently tried every way to transfer my info from my old phone to the new one (the old phone was battered and others had tried unsuccessfully to transfer my info). He explained everything in a way I would understand and persevered. I have all my pictures, video etc on my new phone. I am soo happy! Thank you Aday and your colleague who helped me on Tuesday, 10 out of 10 to you both. I would absolutely recommend your store to friends.

Terrible experience! The company called me to upgrade my contract, I yes ohh yes and please! After few day I called them to know where is the phone what they promised to next day. They simply didn’t proceed with the order and I had to make the deal again, few day gone again and the phone is nowhere! One week 18 calls so many wasted hours!

Hands down the worst customer experience I've had in London. I wouldn't bother going to this Three store because of many reasons: - staff are unwelcoming, unhelpful and would rather talk about their personal lives to one another than serve customers - staff didn't follow proper purchasing procedures which meant there was no email confirmation of my purchase and they couldn't find where the phone I had ordered was for 3 days - when on the phone to Three Customer Service, staff will yell out all your personal details and everyone in the store will hear - the assisting manager does not follow through and call back - no one ever answers the phone when you call - the store is overcrowded with many people waiting in a hot / small store - this store sent my phone to the Streatham store for collection, which was not what I'd asked and was inconvenient as the Streatham store closed earlier than the Brixton one. This is the first Google review I've written because my experience was so awful. Don't go here!
