I went there just before the pandemic started ... Horrible service, I'm with Vodafone now, I'm tired of a "dwarf pretending to be a giant" It's ridiculous being in 2020 and without signal in so many places. You have better signal when you are roaming than in UK. Bonkers

Close to Chinatown and easy to find. The staff can speck many language for traveler who want to buy sim while they stay in London. Great promotion on all you can eat data. Staff can be more friendly and organize.

I would never return to this location again until the staff have learned the proper information security protocol. I was being helped by a staff member with the name tag "Roy" when I was enquiring about new 12 month SIM only plans. Roy asked for my Three mobile number, which I gave. After Roy entered my number into the computer system, he started talking to me about my current plan, bills and payment information WITHOUT VERIFYING MY ID. He didn't even ask if I was the person on the account (e.g. he didn't call me by my name or ask if my name was correct, etc. or utilise any other BASIC personal identification practices). He just continued to openly talk about my private Three account information without even knowing and confirming if I was the right person to talk to. Further, he started discussing and answering questions that my fiancé was asking, when my fiancé is NOT on my account (I am the sole account holder). I've filed a complaint with Three and won't be returning to this location again, until basic skills and protocol for protecting a client's personal information is upheld. I am thoroughly upset and disappointed in the service I experienced today.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would, Appauling customer service, disorganised, rude and obnoxious staff. They made several massive mistakes, leading me to pay for a phone I dont own. Would never go again.

I visited here to get a Usim to use for my travel, not just for buying it but because expecting service for me after searching the reviews on the Internet because I am not very familiar with the electronic things. I met a worker, Katy, and I was really unsatisfied with her manner toward me. That was because she just gave me a usim and i did all the things by myself. She just went away after giving me a usim to chat with her coworkers. If I knew that I would get service like this, I would not visit there. I would just buy usim at the machine. However, another kind worker helped me to keep my original usim and thanks to her, I give 2 stars on this review. Without her, I would not give any star!
