Habib the store manager at Leicester is the worst person to deal with, I had bought a pair of shoes from there, never wore them unfortunately couldn’t go back because of lockdown and the store was shut. Went as soon as store reopened and HABIB the so called manager said they had been worn lol even tho another lady who worked there said they were fine and would exchange but Mr HABIB No it all said no. SKETCHERS IF HABIB IS YOUR STORE MANAGER THAN HE NEEDS TRAINING. How dare he accuse me of wearing those shoes.

I just wanted to leave some feedback to commend the young gentleman who served myself and my mother this morning. He took the time to find the best shoes for me (I'm a size 8, so some styles aren't available). My mother was so impressed she bought a pair too. This young man has an excellent work ethic and customer service skills. I wish more shops possessed employees like him.

I was supposed how inexpensive Skechers shoes are. I hadn't really looked at them before but my sister when to Skechers Leicester to buy shoe for her children while I was visiting. As I was there I tried a few pairs and was pleasantly surprised by the value and comfort.

Unpleasant experience with one member of staff who decided he was going to argue with me on the shop floor. I asked to try 6-8 pairs in my size and he brought 5 then left me to my own devices. I presumed he'd be bringing the others later, maybe they had a policy of not allowing customers to try more than 5 at a time? When I asked if he was bringing the others he said he "hadn't brought them." I waited but they didn't arrive. When I asked where they were he said he'd told me he didn't have them. I asked if he meant he didn't have them in my size and he said that yes, that was what he'd told me. Which he hadnt, but iilet it go. I did, however, then ask to see the ones he didn't have in my size to see if I could source them elsewhere and he said he couldn't remember which ones they were as he'd put them back. After a couple of seconds, I felt I had to point out how unhelpful this was and that it would have been nice for him to originally bring the unsuitable sizes out with the rest and apologise for not having my size, so I at least knew, before putting them back. He then said that he HAD explained, which he certainly hadn't, and when I pointed this out he started to argue with me, saying that if I chose not to hear him, that wasn't his problem. Despite his manager stepping in and telling him to go in the back, he continued to argue and blame me for misrepresenting the situation. He finally walked away to the storeroom, complaining all the way! What a terrible representative for the company! His manageress, Claire, I think, was however a perfect professional and apologised profusely, was extremely helpful trying to find a style I liked, even kept the store open past its closing time so I could try on more shoes, and compensated me for the previous assistant's lack of, er, assistance, and his rudeness and inappropriate behaviour. I would be very happy to deal with the manageress again and hope this incident is recognised as the ideal training opportunity it so clearly is.

Absolute waste of time staff very unhelpful choose 4 different styles and not 1 in my size. Went to Schuh found the same 4 all in my size and cheaper. Won't be visiting again will stick with Schuh.
