Asked to try on shoes after eventually being approached. Then while trying on the shoes I was left for 5-10 minutes, with the lady who was dealing with me, walking off to talk to other customers and staff... I understand customers but while this was the case, not one of the many other free staff members came over to see if I was ok. I repeatedly was looking to see if she was going to return or anyone else was going to come over but it didn't look like it would be anytime soon so I got up and left. I don't think they even notice to be honest.

The shop is clean and well lit with a fairly good selection of men's, women's and kid's shoes. The prices are average and they even sell other items like backpacks, umbrellas etc and there is also a selection of trainers too. My only negative is that they don't really sell real leather footwear the shoes etc look good but far as i can tell they are all man made upppers with other materials which are not always healthy for the feet as well as encouraging them to sweat more, whereas competitors such as Clarkes sell shoes with leather uppers.

Appalling service. 3 staff in shop. 1 assistant is serving, manager on the phone having a long chat, other assistant just standing around looking like he doesn't want to be there. When prompted by other assistant to serve us he took no notice and avoided us. Had to ask him to serve us which he then did, reluctantly.
Looks like there's only one person in the shop who actually wants a job.
Won't be spending money there again.

Really poor customer service. Attempted to return some defective shoes bought from the online store only for the manager - who I will not name publicly - to refuse claiming that the 'fault' was caused by wear and tear. They were worn a handful of times, less than a month old, with only one shoe being 'faulty'. Rarely used, moderately expensive shoes do not break within a month unless they are defective.
Very disappointed and will not be giving the company any future custom.

I would not recommended buying online because I had a nightmare with Ups and schuh In the end I asked for a refund because they couldn't find my house or said tried to deliver and didn't so took to wrong access point .
