Was not very busy when we got there, there was one other family getting their kids shoes fitted. We collected a ticket, sat down and were told we'd be next.
Two families came in after us and were seen for a fitting instantly without getting a ticket. When I went to ask the staff member who greeted us what was going on she repeated that we were next. We left without being seen after a long period of being ignored.

It's not the place to buy cheap trainers. But if you want well-made and long-lasting shoes from the polite and efficient staff you won't find a better place.

Took my children today. Happy to wait ( nearly 40 mins tho), lady who served had such long nails couldn't check shoes fitted correctly had to keep asking for help when busy. Considering such a big store had literally 1 pair of shoes available and didn't show me anything available to order online and get sent to store to try.
My other child was showed 3 of the same shoe just different colours then asked to please have a look i said i didnt want to upset said child if not available but i was assured all available the first we picked guess what not available in her size.
I appreciate g and h fitting are limited but really choice of 1 and no offer to get anything in is such poor customer service of such a big company.

Complete lack of engagement from the staff member sizing my daughter's feet resulting in completely wrong sized items being brought out, no interest in returning to the stock room for alternatives and when my daughter (9yrs) said she didn't like the fit the staff member huffed and left us. We had only tried on 3 pairs of shoes, were there for 10 minutes max and polite throughout.

Very disappointed with the service received here today. Chloe was not very helpful at all . Measured my son and then because they didn't have any shoes in his size she tried to sell us a size bigger or white trainees when I clearly said we already had those . She didn't seem to have a clue what she was doing . I appreciate it was busy as it would be this time of year but I see would not travel to come to this Clarks again ! ????

No queues to get in the store. You were allowed to browse on your own. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped advise on shoe sizes. Almost like being back to normal.

A nice enough shop with good service however I did not like the overly pushy sales techniques, I was asked at the start of my trip if I wanted trainers for my son as we where buying new school shoes, I said no thank you however when the lady came back with different and more expensive shoes as they had ran out of the ones my son wanted she also brought a pair of trainers even though I said I didn't want any. I'm sure they work in commission however this kind of pushy sales technique has out me off going back rather than shopping again.

Lucy and her colleagues were great during a recent visit. We were passing through Leicester with a 1 year old and 6 year old and were impressed by their thorough approach to measuring and fitting. They have a ticket system which made the process quite efficient. I must say this was above and beyond the best Clarks we’ve visited. We ended up buying a pair for each of our children.

Lovely place, lovely staff who are very friendly and extremely helpful. The shoes we wanted weren't in stock but Naina came back to us with a few alternatives that we really like. We got some lovely shoes with fantastic service.

The staff were very helpful especially the young man called Sam I asked for the other boot and he brought down another pair which are very comfortable plus I got 10%of the sale pair so even better.

Some staff are useless and different people have measured my daughter a different size, but still have good shoes for my daughter and one pair of school shoes were great because she couldn't even manage to scuff them I was amazed

Friendly helpful staff with measuring my children's feet. Whilst it was busy seemed to have a good system to get through everyone. Managed to get a good pair of school shoes at a reasonable price so happy customer and will be returning!

For children's shoes perfect. Father in law went out with my young one and got what he thought was a cheap paid of shoes for school from sports direct. I have to say they looked like plastic Adidas 'shoes' with no flexibility at all. They were not fitted the sale went like this 'is that alright for you little fella' he obviously said yes because they were adidas, and probably felt embaraced by grandad.
After 1 week he was moaning big time. There was no give in the shoes. I had to take him to the only place I know that measures shoes for you.
The little one chose a normal pair of shoes. Don't think he will be asking for trainers for school. He will grow up thinking children's school shoes are from Clarke's, like most of us do.

First ever visit to the store today. I was in company with my disabled wife. She needed her feet sizing. Once that was done she intended to purchase a pair of shoes. The staff members who dealt with us were polite knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The sizing took place and the shoes were purchased. We will return to the store when we require more footwear. The quality of what they sell is excellent people might say pricey but I say well worth it

The staff are always helpful I have bought several pairs of the same shoes in different colours. Having had surgery on my feet the Clarks structured ones have been the best for comfort although not cheap they wear well.

Great service but, if you want children's school shoes, arrive VERY early. When we arrived, at 9:30 AM, they were packed and would have to wait 20 mins to get served. Luckily, adult's shoes are never busy so we got served immediately.
