Waited 45 mins yesterday for my daughters feet to get measured. We selected our shoes that we wanted and sat and waited quietly. We were very polite to the member of staff, however she was rude, not just to us but anyone that asked her for help. It’s a shame as the one in mothercare has closed down.

Took granddaughters to choose school shoes yesterday 17th Aug 2017. Staff were very helpful and supportive when one of my granddaughters felt poorly. Although staff were very very busy they fetched water and came over to ask if she was ok. Many thanks
