Lovely little café however the seating area is still entirely closed which is uncommon at this point in the covid crisis as most places do have indoor seating available.

Lovely restaurant, always busy by the main road, bus stop, and the American International Church. Staff are helpful, and nothing is too much for them. Pronto. Service is prompt, and the prices are affordable. Selection of tortas, sandwiches and toasties. Outside seating and a more relaxed atmosphere in the basement. Wide choice of teas and coffees. Quite easy to hail a taxi or minicab too.

I'm a regular at the little Goodge St branch, usually when I step off the 24 bus outside on the way home at the end of a hard day!!. Top top staff, really friendly make an effort and if you're a regular get to know you and remember your drink and exactly how you like it.

As a student, Caffe Nero is my go-to coffee shop. The staff is quick, which is good when you're in that morning rush and they are quite friendly, definitely "morning people." The free wifi also makes it a great place to study and do schoolwork. It is also a nice place to just meet up with a friend for a cup of coffee. Nero has a large variety of beverages and pastries, but I would have to recommend the mocha latte and the white chocolate raspberry muffin.

The place full of gost storey. I always lowed who ever worked there. Is difficult to close and clean all the store 30 min. So I do agree to close downstairs. I like out. I have always some spirit to come to see this shop. I really love to work there. I love the memory.

Quite small place, not so many space where to stay. The toilet has a code and we have to ask the waiter. Not one of the best coffee shop in London (but the quality of the coffee was good).

I love cafe nero, they have a great loyalty scheme where you can earn a free coffee. The service is always efficient and top notch. Cafe Nero is the best of the coffee chains. They also have brilliant muffins and amazing cakes.

You find them all over the place, so it's easy to overlook these little coffee bars, but they are actually surprisingly good, sort of what Starbucks is to the USA now. I have a sweet tooth and recommend their hot chocolates but also their espresso con panna, which is incredibly rich and strong. It won't fail to wake you up.

Generally people there is very very nice but I got a very bad service this evening. I complained I was informed late, after I was completely served, they were closing the area downstairs. I just said nicely I would have prefer to know this before ordering because we wanted to seat downstairs and in a very rude way I was told I was free to leave.
I won't return.

Very Italian barista speaks and speaks and does not listen to clients. Some training needed. Also, ordered a large latte and instead I got a cappuccino. Half my cup was foam!

I've been in this store before Christmas with a friend (a Nero employee) and we have been served by a lovely italian guy, probably new because my friend had to help him with the employee discount code! There was absolutly no problem with the fact that he needed extra-time finding our orders on the till menu but suddenly another barista with black hair and beard (or shift leader, probably running the shift) showed up and started to treat the italian barista with zero respect, telling him "are you stupid?"and other really disturbing things only because he couldn't find the employee discount button. And right in front of me and other customer. We felt bad for him so we started to chat with him while he was making our coffees (with the other guy staring at him with a bad face). After the payment the italian barista offered us a loyalty card and the shift leader came back shouting at him because he deared offer the card to an employee. We tried to say something to him but he was so focused on treating the other guy as a s**t that he didn't even heard us.
This is not acceptable in a workplace and in general as well. That guy definitely need to learn to treat people in general (and the staff in particular) with respect.

When i went to Cafe Nero, i had the most amazing toasted sandwich and hot chocolate, the sandwich was lovely, it had tomato, cheese and bacon in my sandwich it was lovely, my hot chocolate was nice and rich, with gorgeous cream on top.

Because I like the espresso moderately more, almost every morning I go a little out of my way to get a coffee from here rather than the Starbucks or Prêt across the road, both just a tad more convient when you're rushing to catch the tube. Recently I've noticed the service take something of a nose dive. It's 10 past 8:00 am as I write this and I'm sitting with a group of people outside wondering why the door is still locked, when their opening time is 8:00am. No fever than 7 people have come by and tried to open the door in the last ten minutes and just walked off. You'd be forgiven for thinking that perhaps there'd been some kind of staff emergency - a barista stuck on a delayed train, or home with the flu. Except at 7:45 the two who opened were sitting outside the shop, chatting and enjoying a coffee. Look, it's extra 10 minutes, on a Sunday. Not the end of the world. But it also points to how much they care (or don't) about the customer experience. There's no shortage of places to grab a nice cup of joe in the area. I think I'll try to find one that cares just a little bit more.
