Do not purchase from this company! After wearing the boots below 3 times the soles began to peel away. I returned the boots showing the obvious faults/damage but have been met each time with a very unhelpful and awkward customer service team. These boots are supposed to have a durable sole and be fit for everyday wear. I am told however that everyday wear does not include driving.....how ridiculous!!!!
After checking with trading standards, I am entitled to a refund under my consumer rights, but after countless emails am still battling to resolve this issue. I have never had such diabolical customer service and would never buy from Shuperb again!!! BEWARE!

Simple website to use. Had the size of the welly I wanted. Order came quicker than expected! Welly seems really well made and very comfy, & best of all the insole stays where it should be in the welly with no movement at all!! (every other make I've ever bought moves about which was very annoying)

Pleased with the shoes. Wasn’t to happy about the returns label. You have to down load and print it off. No use when you don’t have access to a printer. Would be so much easier if you just enclosed the returns label like most companies I’ve dealt with do

I walk my dog in very muddy fields and these are perfect! So far its been raining and frosty and my socks have stayed perfectly dry on all occasions. I'm a size 5 but decided to get a size 6 as wellies are usually too tight but they fit perfectly! They are so comfy immediately when you wear them for the first time and fantastic quality for the price. I can't believe I didn't buy them sooner.

I looked everywhere for a stylish pair of ankle wellingtons for my daughter who is 22. Finally I came across Shuperb who had got the perfect pair. Easy to get on and off, plain shiny black, perfect. Delivery was amazingly quick. I would definitely recommend Shuperb.

Very fast delivery. I particularly liked being able to buy a prepaid returns voucher for just £1. I don't usually buy shoes on line as fit is often a problem and different make differ in sizing so much, but £1 extra as 'insurance' seemed a very good idea. As it happened, the boots fitted well.

Perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable to wear and easy to walk in. The only thing I could find wrong is that the souls are a little slippery on carpet surfaces, but that is a very minor problem and not enough to drop my rating. Thanks Shuperb!

This is my second pair of Muck Boots - the last pair have lasted me a few years but had a little rip on the top of one as must have caught on barbed wire - still wearable just not in deep puddles! Live in country so am always walking my dogs through cow poo etc and these boots do not rot and have recommended to lots of people. First order from this company - good price and arrived earlier than expected - will definately be using again

I always said that if I bought a pair of shoes with velcro fittings that I wanted to be shot! Well, Rheumatoid Arthritis made it a necessity as I have difficulty with laces these days. I bought a pair of slip on velcro's in brown not long ago and was so impressed that I came back for a black pair. The quality is superb for the price and the service and speed of delivery excellent! They are providing not accurate information, when I placed the order I realised that the delivery will be too late so I have written them message straight that I would like to cancel this order (it is worth to mention that order should arrived about 20 days later so a lots of time to cancel it) but they have replied that I don't have to worry order will be before date which is suitable for me so I left order and was waiting for delivery. At the last day of expected delivery they send me email that my order is preapering now so too late because next day my mum was flying and the order ws for her. I have contacted with shuperb and received message to write the cancelation by email not on WhatsApp. I did it few minutes after received the message unfortunately was too late and they didn't accept it. So now have got shoes which I don't need and my mum hasn't got any because we have been waiting according to company assurance for order which should arrived before demanding date. Shoes are nice and they let me do return (which could be avoided if they would be honest and cancel order straight) with no extra cost but the fact that information giving by this company is not tru are making me very disappointed and I am not recommended this company.

I ordered a quality pair of ladies black Chelsea boots (leather) They arrived on time. The price was extremely reasonable and the boots were excellent value. I would not hesitate to use Shuperb again as they had a very straightforward returns policy which took the risk out of buying the wrong size.
