Can’t fault the quality of the product and speed of delivery but the size was nowhere near accurate. My husband wears a size 11 and always has. These sandals were clearly a size if not two sizes too small. Very frustrating as I had to pay to return the item.

Excellent quality boots and superb customer service. I ordered two different sizes and paid £1 for a returns label to be included. Return postage would have cost in excess of £15 at the Royal Mail so £1 was money well spent.
The boots arrived very quickly and my refund for the pair I returned was credited to my bank very quickly. A great company to deal with!

The shoes are fine just watch out for the totally rubbish return policy- spend the pound to get a return label otherwise they will deduct £3.50 from the refund. Pretty shoddy.

I got a real good deal on the boots I bought , but regardless of that, the postage was free and they were delivered very quickly. They were packed very well and the box they came in was still perfect ( unlike others I have purchased from elsewhere). The boots are lovely and fit like slippers and I would definitely recommend this company.

I contacted Shuperb by wattsapp with a query on Easter Sunday and was amazed that they quickly and efficiently answered my question regarding some Rieker sandals and the width fitting of them. I telephoned them on Easter Monday and they answered the phone immediately and were so helpful and very friendly! They could not have been more helpful. Goods arrived in no time at all via Royal Mail. I have been recommending them to all of my friends as it’s great to discover such fab shoes at a reasonable price with great service.
