I bought a pair of Base London Mens Black Leather Cheshire Chelsea Boots for my son, he started wearing them when he went back to his training in early January, by the end of January they were falling apart. I returned the boots and explained what had happened, apparently Shuperb thinks 4 weeks of normal wear is okay for their boots to fall apart and they have refused to refund the money to me. Just a warning that dealing with this company you have a 50/50 chance of getting a decent pair of boots.

Ordered a size 4 and I received a size 8 when I emailed your selves with photos was told they had been worn as the sole was dusty this was due to the slippers been tried on .this was a fair enough point but has the slippers had just arrived when this information was sent how much could they have been worn. I really didn't like the attitude of who ever dealt with myself I think his name was Jimmy. The slippers were of no use to me so I give them away to a neighbour as I wasn't going to get in to back and forth argument with Jimmy needless to say I was very disappointed with my experience with my purchase
