We have had trouble trying to find a comfortable and wide fitting shoe for my elderly mum, I spent hours trawling through the usual online shoe shops with no success and purely by chance I came across superb, I wish I'd known about them earlier. So we now have the perfect shoe, they are wide enough to accommodate a rather swollen foot and provide the right amount of support for walking. I've recommended them to a friend who has problems buying a wide enough shoe that isn't frumpy. Brilliant service.

Best place to get shoes true to details on site and so much choice. Prices also quite good. I would suggest if buying comfort plus shoes that you would gauge them as a d -e fit though I am double e and had to squeeze into them but they are as they say plus size

You clearly make your customers feel at fault when the product that they order in good-faith is indeed faulty. The customer has to wait for a lengthy period to get a refund on something that they have paid good money for in the first instance and also explain the fact that they themselves are not the reason the shoe that you provide is at fault. Your process of customer returns makes us the customer feel at fault and that is not right as we have paid good money for something that we expect to live up to the standard you provide.I personally will not ever purchase from your site and a happy to tell my friends and family that this site is anything but a genuine site to water from.

Delighted with my new mule slippers & very pleased that unlike other ones I have bought they don’t have a centre seam but look perfect. Comfortable to wear & smart enough to wear when guests appear. The pewter is rather dark for bedroom use so perhaps something for the Xmas list! ????????

I bought slippers for my Mum who has been long term in hospital and has swollen feet. The slippers arrived in good time, were well packaged, and were excellent quality. Due to her illness and foot swelling, they did not fit my Mum, but the returns process was very simple and there was no issue with getting a refund. I would definitely recommend and use Superb again.
