The prices are good but the staff service was very terrible and slow. I had to come back to the store more than three time because the store was out of cash and the manager wasn't in because he went to the mosque to pray. Very disappointed. Next time i walk into a store and i dont find the manager in due to religious purposes, i will be filing a huge complaint with head office.

I am truly enthused by this branch and to an equal amount by the Margate branch too, the service is exemplary, nothing is too much trouble all the staff in Walworth but especially the young lady whose name is won't post for security reasons.
The equipment/ goods they sell are all working and they come with a 2 year no quibble repair or replace garentee (30 day on replacement this is on most items. Please check before buying)
If you need a new phone go there.

What happenes was I went there with my mom and dad to sell an Xbox One with kinect and controller, the staff said we can do a voucher for 70£ we said perfect and they said we will need to do testing, should take an hour, we said okay and signed papers and left, I went home and my mom and dad went back there to pick up the voucher for them to say that the controller is supposedly broken and that they will take 40£ off the 70£ voucher which is a full ripoff do my mom took it home and I checked the controller and it was working perfectly fine, either they are not smart enough tk put batteries inside or they are trying to scam my perents because maybe the staff thought thry didnt know anything about it, after this my mom told me the stsff member had a peculeur look on his face after only her and my dad went there to get the voucher. Aweful shop wouldnt recommend anyone to go here, either they are idiots or are scammers.

Took in a few items which were in good condition. Only for it to be graded C. Which I would have understood if the items were in bad conditions. Pretty sure it will at least be sold in grade a conditions

One of the worst pranchaes of cex. bad costumer service rude staff don't even know how to talk to customer speacialy a lady call Meghan a fat blond lady . And i was told your review won't do anything to me every One please be aware. Go to Croydon or streatham branches the are good .

I would not even rate this store with one star! This store has the worse customer service and care. Beware of mobile phone purchases as ours was faulty when purchased and yet the unprofessional manager, along with the rest of the staff, tried everything possible from lying, to aggressive behaviour to deny a refund. This store seriously needs a mystery shopper, staff who are trained as well as having every electrical product tested before sales. The sales of Good Act means nothing, customers are treated horrendously.

Cex just in general to sell is a rip off & to buy is a rip off. The staff that work in the store are nice people, likely to have a chat with you depending on the person you’re served by.
I’ve witnessed situations where people are declined a refund due to misinformation I.e you can buy this... *purchased* but you need this to make it work. By one of the managers with glasses.
It is very poor behaviour.
My only advice would be is to make sure you do your research before you buy; prices, what you need & purpose.

Unprofessional, turned up and store was closed. Given what others have said on here together with what day it is today it’s not difficult to put two and two together. No attempt by management to get google to show shop as closed. No cex lists a store contact number to check. Rubbish.
