Waiting now for 30 mins. Receptionist never said anything so asked her how long appointments are behind. One hour. Could have phoned and told me to come an hour later than my 11am appointment. Only women's magazines to read. One star is too good.

Appalling service. Can’t comment on the quality of the care as it is impossible to book an appointment. My partner tried two weeks ago to book, following the online instructions meticulously, only to be told she can’t book. I tried to book today, after a 15 minute wait on the phone (with pre-recorded messages moaning about how busy they are) I was told the appointments for this afternoon weren’t ready yet, and that I should call back ‘sometime later’ because the afternoon appointments ‘aren’t open yet’. The receptionist, with the air of someone who has been through this all before, couldn’t tell me when I should call back. She got arsy when I asked for guidance as I was trying to establish the way their system ‘works’ for clarification. So, from what I understand I should guess how busy they are and how quickly their appointment book fills up if l want to book my partners appointment between 4 and 5 pm. She told me I could book online, but as I told her, according to the information on their website, my partner would need to attend first in order to get a password, but as I told her, my partner can’t attend, which is the whole reason I am trying to book an appointment over the phone!

Staff are rude behind reception, whilst waiting for an appointment heard them talking about patients on one occasion calling patient's miserable. Needless to mention they failed to send of two of my test results actually telling me they threw them away. POOR!
