Hello! Does anyone answer the phone at this place?! My parent has urgently needed an oppointment regarding a time sensitive health issue for the the last two weeks. The phone always says busy with no automated waiting system and no other means of contacting. Appauling not even able to speak to a person in the building for this length of time. I dread to think what other patients are experiencing right now. Feel free to open your telephone lines up to the general public. thanks
Update after some time I got through and was thanked for waiting. You just need to keep trying people and there is an outomated waiting system and then a real person. Who was more than kind and apologetic.

Doctors and staff are fine but trying to get an appointment is excruciating. I've been trying all day to get through on the phone only to be told to phone before 8:30 on Monday

Since moving to Shepshed in Feb we have found all of the surgery staff to be helpful and compassionate to all of our families health needs. They are responsive to our requests and have been helpful at each interaction. This surgery is working hard to meet the needs of the community and they should be commended, and proud, of the hard work all they put in. Thanks for your care and attention . Long live the NHS ❤

As always excellent service from both doctors and nursing staff. Reception staff always pleasant and helpful. Never had a problem with any of my appointments and I have had rather a lot over the last five years. The best surgery I have been to.

It's easier to get in touch with the Queen than this doctors, they are surposed to be there for the public in time of need, but are not, nothing wrong with them when you get in, but that's the hard part. There's a national health scare on at the moment, and this surgery as vertical shut shop.

Needed an appointment started ringing before 8.30 couldn't get through. By the time I did all appointments were gone. Had a sit and wait appointment appalling had to wait over an hour unacceptable. Have to say when I did see Doctor she was amazing and supportable to why I felt so I'll. She was brilliant. Have to say I work in a practice we have sit and wait appointment . No one of our sit and wait has to wait more than 1|2 hour..so over an hour is appalling . Needs urgent improving . Terrible appalling.

My experience of Shepshed surgery and follow up is abysmal for my Grandson who has been waiting for 3+ months for a consultant app with 4 visits to the surgery no reports from the surgery or the Leicester Royal,I have made a complaint to the NHS complaints Dept my next one will go to my local MP
