Don't waste your time, this GP is absolutely a joke. I had to get private treatment, same with the rest of my family members. As they only do call-appointments the doctor told me to take ibuprofen for 2 months without seeing me.

As other reviewers have alluded to, the doctors here are brilliant however the reception staff have a serious attitude problem. I understand times are stressful at the moment but manners cost nothing.

I was advised to see my doctors regarding my very high blood pressure by a rehabilitation clinic on calling the surgery I was told by the receptionist that all appointments are booked so asked if I could be booked in 2021 but she replied appontments are booked to the end of 2021 but if I ring at 8 in morning I may get an appointment, thing is if you do you are constantly reminded by the repeating message that appointments are only available for urgent issues that must be seen on the day this makes my blood pressure go higher.When my blood pressure goes down a bit I may try my luck for 2022 or even 2023 they may be very kind to me by doing an appraisal of my current medication which was due Jan 2020.

Had multiple bad experiences. Also the receptionist accused me of lying and stated herself and the doctor tried to ring me for a phone call consultation. This never happened and she was extremely rude to me.
Would not recommend as a good doctors surgery!

After taking half a days holiday off work to drive my parents the 40 minute journey here for my father to have an echocardiogram I was told I was not allowed to accompany him for the procedure by Stacey despite my father telling her he wanted me to come in with him she told him no only 1 person was allowed to come in. This procedure has taken 6 months to get to with a typical man who didn't want to go to the doctors. 6 months of caring for him day in day out when he's struggling to breathe to be told no you can't come in. I think it's despicable. So a 40 minute journey there, a 35 minute wait in the waiting room and a 40 minute journey back. Not the way to treat caring relatives who have discovered their loved one has terminal heart failure.

A very unfriendly stuff on top of their carelessness. We gave them our son's vaccination details and they lost it and they keep sendig us vaccination appointments. So we sent the document again via post and they sent the same vaccination appointment. We had to go there to make sure that they update his records. And on our way out, we wanted to make an appointment for my son's eyes and the receptionist told us that we need to go the pharmacy first before making an appointment with a doctor because they are qualified to examine and give a medication. Well the pharmacist said the opposite, they can't prescribe anything since he was very young and suggested that we need to see a doctor. Very unsatisfied and planning to change a GP.

Very rude stuff spoke over me and down to me when I was enquiring and double checking a specialist appointment. Apparently they don't deal with that so I asked how they booked you in, they said on the list I asked if they could check the list for the time but was told they don't get the list until you arrive?? Absolutely ridiculous ! Very poor system and definately need new receptionists glad this isent my registered gp and i only have to attend for a specialist appointment!

Everything seems too much trouble for the rude reception staff!
Also, was told I had an appointment at 5.10pm arrived and had to sit in the sit and wait where apparently the doctor chooses what order to see people so didn't get seen until 6.20pm!

Apparently this doctors doesent accept new patients theyre full! How a doctors can be full is beyond belief. Now i underatand why i cant get treatment from any doctors when it is urgently needed. I guess neglect comes from many places in many forms.
