As you walk in to the store, you will instantly feel the low morale. This feeling is reinforced when you reach out to a sales advisor for help, they more interested in arguing than advising. Avoid at all costs.

Few years ago. The staff that was ready to help. Now you have to chase the staff to help you and then they disappear and try to avoid you. Not just that. Purchased a product and noticed the seal was brocken and reported it at the till after i paid for it. They were convincing me that it was like that. I still took it as it was the last in stock. I recently went again and purchase a product worth £400 for collection. And guess what.... the seal was taken off and professionaly stuck back on. I am not sure why they do that or maybe check the item in product to if its missing. That branch is dodgy. Id think twice to buy from there and rather buy online and get it delivered. I see the manager is running around serving customers and see the staff there sciving. Very disappointed. If there was a minus 5 star review I would have given it. Not a person who likes giving negative reviews but id rather be honest .

Poor repair service. Kept wait for more than 30min to talk to the staff at the repair counter. Also told underestimated parts price which was £20. The real price is £65 which is more than 3 times than what I was told. Also had to pay £60 of repair service, even I cannot agree with the parts price and would like to cancel. The delivery date is too late it was supposed to be in a week, but already past 2 weeks. That’s insane.

The staff are not knowledgeable about technology and they don't have commonly purchased items in stock (i.e. HDMI to Mini DisplayPort cables). I tried ordered items online for store pickup and was unable to complete the transaction because it kept saying my postcode was invalid. I tried the last three post codes I have live at....

Bunch of low class workers. They lack professionalism. Not a single worker said hello or thank you. Instead they acted like I owed them for going there. Apparently they have the know how guys - had to pay with chip and pin for less than a tenner where's the contact less? They're so dated! Don't expect good customer service there if you go.

Worst staff I have ever seen. I have been waiting to be served while staffs are chilling. One of the staff named "Uddy"(very unprofessional) was so rude rather than support customer. I think Authority should train their staff with appropriate manner for their sustainability.

You know what to expect from this store. Only issue is the bored uninterested staff who prefer to be chatting in groups all over the store. There is no management presence at all. It really could do a lot better.
