I've had only good experiences here. Ordererd most of my goods online. Collecting has been issues when on foot and when driving. Staff are helpful most of the time. I've seen staff handle difficult situations with other customers professionally so I'm glad to see that. Security guard at entrance quite helpful.

Easy to use website. Allowed us to compare kit and prices. We ordered click and collect from our local shop. We arrived there at 1755, 5 minutes before closing time. The staff could not have been more helpful, organised or efficient. Job done. The new laptop is a big hit too. Great value for money.

Absolute scam artists. I’ve placed an order online for next day delivery 7 days later still didn’t get my item I’ve called up to be told there is a glitch on the system we will send your item to you right away. Another 4 days later I called up to be told your item is no longer in stock and we don’t know when it will be in stock. I’ve then went to the store and no one wants to refund me. Do your self a favour and go to argos.

Tried to buy something online to pick up in store and it’s not possible. Tried some different locations in the U.K. without luck. Possibly meaning that curry’s don’t have it in stock, even though it’s advertising as in stock. Purchased the item on Amazon now. Hope Curry’s doesn’t complain that Amazon is taking their market share, when giving such a bad customer experience!

Customer service is so terrible. The workers there either never want to help you (you literally have to beg anyone for help and if they finally finish their very important conversation between each other they are no help at all). If someone is willing to help, they don't know much about the products and can tell you only as much as is described on the product itself. ALSO, I bought a fridge from them but they said that the delivery will be 3 weeks, 2 weeks later I come in to ask how long let (because I am living without a fridge) and they said another 2 weeks ! (not to mention that they lied that at the same time when I bought the fridge another 200 people bought the exact same fridge and this is why it is taking so long... yeah right !!) JOKE

The person that served me was really helpful and provided me with all the information I needed about my item. However, I should say there were not enough people serving and he had to keep giving information to others when serving me. This wasn't his fault, I believe the store should have more people on the store floor. As it is, it put a lot of pressure on the workers and you are losing sells.

Please don't put yourself into chaos and problems, they will let you down and if you try to get it sorted the refund will not come back to you even after a month. Always excuses and every time they say 19 working days to get a refund. Then nothing refunded contacted AGAIN and they say 10 more working days. Seems like they have financial problems and they use our money to stay above the water. Customer service over the phone are the rudest beings.. so much stress and they just don't care us - customers.

Terrible aftercare experience. I bought a cordless hoover for my grandmother in May 2019, there was an issue with the charging, which occurred during the pandemic. Of course going into an elderly persons home was a great risk, so we held off until the numbers of deaths began to lower before I could collect it. In this time the year guarantee has just lapsed and feeling personally comfortable to take it into the store was also a concern. When I did this 2 weeks ago, I was mistreated in the store and made to feel like I was the problem, when we have all been impacted to some degree by this pandemic. I was passed around the team, some of those were in the store and some on the telephone in customer services and rather than displaying some empathy for a customers personal circumstances, which you'd think was a given working in customer services, I was left feeling like a nuisance, for attempting to return a faulty product. After an hour in the store and refusing to leave until my faulty hoover was taken in for examination, I was left stressed by this experience. It confirmed to me that buying a product from a 3rd party retailer like Currys PC offers customers no value whatsoever, when the positive customer service experience you were hoping for is non existent. This store is exactly why Amazon will continue to beat them on value and experience now, because why bother paying more for human interaction, when the humans you're interacting with, don't get it themselves. To conclude, I was contacted by another member of the store team last week who eventually, after I pushed back again and had to repeat my experiences, offered me an exchange. After going back to the store to do this, the customer service rep who contacted me, was the one who served me. I was unaware of this as they had not left any details in the message. During this interaction, I was again met with a dismissive attitude, which continues to baffle me and has me questioning why are people working in customer services, when they do not appreciate or respect customers, particularly at a time when we all need to support the economy and keep jobs in our communities.

Not able to enter store till 2nd Dec, but can click and collect. Some sort of glitch on online site kept removing extended warranties purchase from final price at checkout . Staff assure me this can be corrected once store fully open. So used phone to order and pay for headphones while stood outside entrance. Item in my hand 23 mins later. So their system works quite well if not perfectly.

My parents visited the store today this evening. My dad finished work at 4:30PM and got to the store as soon as he could with my mum. Due to the traffic around the Lambeth area my folks got in the store around 5:20PM. As my dad was trying to measure a specific cooker to purchase Ashraf and Hussain were pushing both my parents to leave the store as they were approaching closing time. My parents felt extremely belittled and disrespected due to the two staff members persisting them to leave. Thankfully the manager stepped in as my parents were about to exit. They were eventually served by Jade who was so attentive and helpful. The two boys should learn from her. They were this close to missing a sale.

Dont normally write these but this has been through several visits. Customer service is terrible. Ive been a few times to buy various things: TV, laptop etc. Staff are a mix of aggressive sellers (rude rather than persistent) or disengaged. Waited 25 min to buy a laptop. Stood in front of it all that time and asked to wait. When they came over I was told they don't have that one in store. Plenty of staff standing at the door talking. Wont go back .

It's was a very bad experience as the person who I was dealing with shouts at me.Because of lack of communication when I presented him with the details and order number.He wasn't trying to understand. He told me to do something on the phone and at the same time.Calling out the name.It was so confusing.

Very disappointing customer service received in this Currys. No one is around to even help and everytime you look for someone and walk up to them their always saying that their busy with other customers but then you see them walking around and no customer is with them. I was even more disappointed when I asked them a question about a laptop and they had no clue of the difference they then responded that they will have a look they walked away and started talking to a colleague about something that had nothing to do with the laptop it was more about something else this is not the kind of customer service anyone wants to receive. We are there to spend money on something we are looking for no one wants to stand around whilst you have a conversation, it's like we must wait until you are ready to help again to me that is very rude and the reason why I walked out without buying anything from this store. Definitely won't be going to shop here again with the kind of customer service received. Honestly wouldn't even give 1 star if there was an option of just writting a review with no stars because their not worth it!!

Used click and collect When I got there parked Sign saying scan QR Code, and enter your purchase number after about 10 minutes of it saying purchase number not recognised I managed to get member of staff who told me it wasn't working.

Had everything I wanted in stock (PC screen, wifi extender & microwave). One of the shop assistants was very helpful in helping us carry everything to the car, and took away our old microwave from the boot. He had extended warranties to sell at the till but we weren't interested and he wasn't pushy.

My laptop wasn't fit for purpose and was malfunctioning at the moment of the purchase. They didn't want to replace it even though I made all the issues clear the day after the purchase. The UK shop didn't want to acknowledge those issues while the US support offered a refund but couldn't refund it because "Currys UK is a stand alone company and have power to decide whether replace a product or not regardless of what US support says". Today, 1 year after purchase, my laptop screen is now getting worse and worse and I knew it but now more than ever I can't return it because too much time passed by. I'll never buy anything else from Currys and will keep up with bad reviews at every chance I get, online and offline.

Worst electric supplier company in the UK including TeamKnowHow support team. Been waiting for delivery 4(!) times and each time got canceled. If you want to waste your time and ruin your mood then order some stuff from them and delivery for ages. Even if you will have a time slot between 9-10 in the morning you still going to receive a text at 5 pm saying that drivers van broke down. After 4 attempts, I received my Tv on the 5th one. I complained about 15 times and called them many times as well but obviously no one cares at all. After 2 month discussion I accepted £40 voucher as an apology. Which still was a joke because TV was worth £1300 and I wasted 4 days time as I was expecting delivery. I still accepted it and now I tried to redeem it in the Old Kent Currys store. Useless manager Narinder said that I can’t redeem it because of whatever reasons which are not stated on the voucher. He also tried to use data protection law as a reason why he can’t call TeamKnowhow or who ever is sorting these kind of issues to help me out. When I asked him to give me that information in writing so I can prove to these TeamKnowHow guys that I actually tried to redeem it - he just refused saying that they don’t do anything in writing?! Well, overall absolutely disappointed and disgusted in customer service, both teams, store and the company in general.
