I wanted to enquire about and make a purchase of a mobile phone. There was approximately 6 people waiting and only one member of staff, although she was doing her best. Instead of just waiting I went upstairs as I wanted to buy a Fridge Freezer. After waiting ten minutes and no sign of any available staff I gave up and I went downstairs. The team member was still dealing with the initial customer I saw when I first entered the store. I left and I contacted another retailer online I ordered the phone (same price as Curry's PC World) and it was delivered, no delivery charge, the next day. It appears that the Management of this store are not managing the business.

Very busy but orderly. Was asked to sanitise my hands at the entrance which I found reassuring. Have a range of printers and thankfully was able to find a reasonably priced one which was still in stock as many others weren't.

Having reserved an item, I arrived to be told it wasn't in stock. Not great, but it happens. However, they did nothing to find a solution. I don't know whether the staff have a great basic pay and no targets, or are paid and treated badly, but whatever it is, they just don't care. Apathetic, unknowledgable and rude. Manager was quite helpful at the end, but at that point I just didn't trust them to get it sorted.

Absolutely infuriating service. Macbook lost. Charge for next day delivery then take 5 days about it. Returns not possible. 2.5h waiting on the phone then they disconnect. We used to buy for company for 25k per year. Never again. Having to use solicitor to get money back for items lost on the way

horrible service, I told three workers in charge of serving customers in general about any product that they were busy and the 3 said yes, a chubby, a tall black boy and a woman, the 3 workers told me they were They were busy and they would attend to me in a few minutes, I and my mother were waiting for them between 15 and 20 minutes for one of those 3 people to attend us and none of those 3 people came. And you know the worst, that me and my mother were not going to ask anything, we were not going to talk to them or waste their time or anything like that, we arrived at the place already with the chosen product and ready to buy, but no person came to attend us so logically we left, we lost our time, but they lost two clients. We will not return to that place again.

The last two visits have been disappointing with not enough staff, rude and did not have time for me, And unless you are buying a tv, stock is Limited. l left both times empty handed and ordered it on Amazon from the car park.

It was a horrible experience. The security, Andrew is extremely rude. I spent £1,300 on a new Samsung and arrived to collect it. Having spent thousands of pounds over the past few years on various Samsung etc gadgets for the whole family - I always come back here because the staff were exceptionally nice every time. This is the first instance that someone is so abusive for no reason and I will never spend a penny here again. Thanks to my Carphone Warehouse assistant, Anna for being lovely and professional. Alas the security cannot shout that I am "killing people" if I want to use my own hand sanitizer because I am allergic to theirs. I let him spray my hands with his product and he insisted that I rub my hands together whilst he was being verbally abusive again and then he said he will not let me in anyway and made me stand outside in the rain. I really needed to pick up my new Samsung because my previous handset was snatched from me a few days ago by a juvenile wanted by police for knife crime. There is a police report about this. I definitely did not need any more rude attitude in my life, therefore will not be shopping with Currys, Carphone Warehouse and Samsung again unless amends are made. This was utterly unnecessarily disrespectful.

It's ok, good selection but customer service is not good. First experience of buying a fan was good and was greeted by lovely woman, second time I went in, I wasn't helped for an hour looking for a TV. One staff member is on his phone headset all the time, I saw the manager asking for his attention and he was ignoring to which I told the manager he's on the phone and he said I know but refused to tell him to get off the phone. I've seen this guy before over the few times I've come here. Some staff are wonderful but a lot of staff if you don't come in looking like you're going to buyout the shop won't waist their time. I'm sure sales here are comission for the employees. With COVID no TV are in stock unless over 49" when ask when new TVs will be in stock they say they don't know. They just expect what they expect and want me to order it in... The whole reason you go to see the TV in the store is so that you dont spend money buying it for your home and it not fit.

Atrocious customer service. Went to 6 staff members but seemed like no one wanted to make a sale. They couldn't even be bothered to call someone to provide service. A group of three were happily walking and chatting and didn't want to give me the time of day. Store would be better off sticking in a POS where you can check stock level for an item at the store. Don't know how it would be with the other staff these six were the worst.

Very convenient for me and lots of choice with competitive prices. Bought a washing machine here recently and the service was outstanding. The knowledge of the customer assistance was very good and he helped choose a machine. My only disappointment was that the machine was out of stock and had to wait two weeks for delivery.
