Very Poor Service.
After ordering online, my parcel never arrived. I emailed the company numerous times and received no reply. I had to open a PayPal dispute to which they did not engage in. Overall, a very bad experience.
I would recommend staying away from this company. There are many others online that act professionally and make sure that customers are happy and receive the orders for which they paid.
Stay Clear unless you want to go chasing your order and ultimately chasing down the money you paid!!!

Such a wonderful shop. The orders are delivered so quickly from their website suggesting their Royal Mail packer must be extremely efficient. Secondly the little trees keep my house smelling amazing at all times. Excellent store

Film-makers, artists etc, if you're into hard-to-find or discontinued tapes, cassettes, films etc, this is my go-to place. And it's handy for the Whitechapel gallery too.

Unassuming shop front on Whitechapel High Street leads to an Aladdin's Cave of blank media goodies at great prices.
When I worked in the City, this was my regular place for photo printing paper, usb sticks and memory cards.
I only ever dealt with them F2F in the shop, and found the service fine. Judging by comments from other reviewers, the mail order service may not be quite so reliable.

Wanted to make a bulk buy, went into the store, met dis-interested employee, who did look from his laptop to convey the following:
1) Did not know what they had in stock, although advertised as being in stock on their website.
2) Tried to inflate prices by a £1+ per unit.
3) When caught out, he had a number of excuses and suggestions, not least that I should go home and use their online calculator.
4) And when home, that I could not pick up directly from high street store but must wait for the postman to deliver, although it is between my home and office.
It goes without saying that I will not be returning to this store...

Appalling company to deal with, ordered items to be delivered on 24 hour delivery, but took 5 days to come. When my order did finally arrive items were missing!! Despite sending numerous emails and trying to contact them by telephone they have ignored all my communications with no response at all. I am now having to claim compensation through Paypal which can take upto 30 days. This is a massively incompetent company to deal with who are little short of thieves. Order from here if you like wasting your time and money and being blatantly ignored. How do companies like this still operate and why are they allowed to do so?
