Very poor customer service. I ordered a game for ps4. They accepted my order to collect at shop but after a while they cancelled my order without any reason. I called them to have an enquiry. I waited for half an hour then when it was my turn after ringing they hang up my call. Its not the first time. They always have bad behaviour.

Absolutely infuriating service. Macbook lost. Charge for next day delivery then take 5 days about it. Returns not possible. 2.5h waiting on the phone then they disconnect. We used to buy for company for 25k per year. Never again. Having to use solicitor to get money back for items lost on the way

Always reluctant to go to any currys for any reason, as the customer service is appalling through out until customers decide to purchase items of interest. Even then it's like I'm not welcome.
