Worst place for repair. If you want to repair laptop or anything avoid this place. Took my laptop for repair on a Wednesday, laptop used to work without battery. Discussed the problem with the guy at the front and he made a false promise, told me he will get back to me by Monday with a price and fix it by Friday. After a week, I called them and they still have not tested and wanted more days to test. I decided to cancel and got the laptop back from them. Now the laptop does not work even without battery and some of the screws at the back of the laptop are missing. There is a possibility they stole some parts of my laptop.

Took my 2017 Macbook in for repair for a black screen. Took the store 4 weeks to tell me that they were unable to fix it. Took it to a specialist computer company who told me that Gadcet had squirted the Logic board with petrol , lost screws and ripped wires. Completely f***ked my laptop.

I brought my broken pc,problem was that pc turn off itself, took them 4 days to even check the problem and they said that the problem is due to faulty GPU (video card). So I took my pc from the shop, went to my friends place and put his GPU, computer has the same problem. So if you thinking of bringing your pc there, better find a different repair shop.

Horrendous customer service, stood in line, me (female) behind me another customer (male) the server completely ignores me and tries to serve the man standing behind me. Left the shop, needless to say, without making my purchase. Disgusting behaviour from the server, do your job and leave your predjuice at home!!!!

I purchased an item; Apple AirPods Pro. I purchased this item in December 2019 on my card. The item was new and closed.
When purchasing the item I was told that I was entitled to “2 years warranty on the item”.
Less than six months on the warranty I took it to the store today. I mentioned that “the AirPods were not working in right ear and didn’t charge”. An employee served me a man in 30-40 years old with beard brown skin and said “he would look at the problem”.
When he gave the product to his colleague and said they’d have a look which they stated as faulty after.
The man then proceeds to go to other people in the store asking for judgment assuming I can’t hear them speaking in their language.
What a coincidence while waiting for my product another customer a young teenager said he brought a PS4 controller which was faulty. He didn’t even check his receipt and just gave him a new one.
His colleague says blatantly loud “why are you selling customers faulty items?” Which caught other customers attention as they heard and could tell that it was strange for an employee to voice that opinion.
When I asked for an exchange, he refused and stated that a “small scratch on the item is the reason why it is not working”. He then accused me of saying I’m like other customers who lie about products.
I told him that “I’m entitled to an exchange as mentioned on the receipt.”
He couldn’t justify why I couldn’t exchange the item. So, I told him that I was going to write a complaint about this business selling faulty items and not exchanging it on return. Along with writing to the organisation online to inspect the conduct of the business. He didn’t say anything as I took my item and decided to leave as it was a waste of time arguing with illiterate people who don’t know how to conduct a business. I will not be returning here and suggest that to other people too.

This is a great store!! it was spacious and clean and had a big variety of electronics. I went in to look for a iphone. i have the say customer services was great especially a man called shahad. He answered all my questions was very patient. The prices are very reasonable and he helped me find what i was looking for in my budget. When i was done he even gave me a glass screen protector and case for free. I was very happy with the services and would definitely reccomend this store to others.

Absolute Scam Artists. Never trade with them, they tried to pull a Double Act on me. I walked in with a perfectly functioning Huawei P8 Lite 2017. It had a tiny scratch at the top of the screen which was clearly visible to the shopkeeper, Lee, who assessed my phone worth £75 which they then drove down to £60 for the scratch to which I agreed. I was then asked to bring components of the phone and paperwork, which I did later the same day, but then some other dude who did not disclose his name quoted me a price of £10! Along with some nonsense excuse that a "technician" didn't approve it, and by technician he meant his buddy next to him. I then insisted he call the original guy, Lee, who quoted me the price. Dude was scared out of his wits and kept parroting the same excuse! They basically tried to get me to sell my perfectly functioning p8 for peanuts!
Absolute liars, terrible service, 0/10 - Never shop/trade there.
In the end I didn't sell my phone, of course. The guys themselves didn't have a bad attitude, to be fair, the guy even said "it's not worth selling it" in the end but why did they get me to walk all the way home, half an hour away, and then back making me believe I'd get £60 for my phone? If Lee had told me £10 from the get-go I'd have never wasted my time... Any advice I can give, if you have to deal with these Total Amateurs and Scam Artists is get them to submit any "estimates" (which I suspect is them basically looking at Google results...) in writing. Otherwise, don't take their word for anything. The guy even admitted to me that they charge people £200 for a screen repair that ONLY COSTS THEM £70! Can you believe these amateurs? What a waste of time... Sorry, but that was nonsense.

Unreliable and Unprofessional service!!
I brought my laptop to fix which was still turning on with photos and documents retrievable, but touch screen was flickering. They quoted me data save storage and drive upgrade which I had then gave a go ahead. I paid full with no complain and happily walked away, until I got home and found that they just replaced a new drive with nothing saved!
They totally forgotten about the data saving as I've been told and did the easiest quick fix on drive replacement only. They refuses to admit their technician made the mistakes and claimed that my drive was corrupted and datas were not retrievable which was so untrue.
They could have at least let me know of the risk that all my data would be lost so I have the chance to save them, which they didn't! They made me to think my datas was safely stored and had charged me full on their mishandling service! I'm so devasted on the lost of all my recent years of traveling photos memories which is irreplaceable and important work documents which I could have saved if only they had told me the risk I'm in with them.

The issue I had was with my laptop, it wasn't charging. I took it to PC World in Westfield to get it looked at by a professional repair man, who said the issue was with the laptop itself and not with the charger and that I will probably need to buy a new laptop since the brand doesn't make parts for it anymore. I was really sad and went to find another repair place. And oh my god Gadcet was amazing. At first the repair man thought that he'll need to order the part and it will take up to 3 weeks. But that was based on the information that I provided from my trip to the previous store. However, he said he had suspicion that it could be the charger, tried another one from their store and it worked! The staff was amazing, really friendly and nice. The repair guy had a good sense of humour and took his time to look at the issue (opened the laptop to investigate, etc.). I am so grateful I came about this store. 5 stars for you guys. Really made my day!

Great customer service, was able to see and demo products before buying and they have a good range of preowned products. One thing I would suggest to them (and as a buyer) is to check the specifications and double-check when you demo the product to ensure it is what you need.
Bought a phone which was advertised at 4GB/64GB on the sticker, but having bought it assuming that was the case, it turned out to be 3GB/32GB. Take the time to examine it there and then, unlike what I did when I realised at the office! Staff was efficient, and I did love the phone which I bought anyways despite this (especially for the price it wouldn't have been stocked in any odd phone shop and it's not one you can find easily unless you go online) and they threw in a few extras on top during purchase.

Gadcet in Stratford sold my dad a broken phone when he was visiting London (it wouldn't recharge). So he sent me in to get a refund for it. They said they'd need to check it out before they could give a refund, so they took it and told me to come back in a few days.
That was over six months ago. Since then, I've been back and forth with them again and again as they claim they've lost it, and can't give me a refund until it shows up.
I reckon if you accidentally sell someone a broken phone, the least you should do is refund them immediately. And in a situation like this, where they claim to have lost it, they should take responsibility for that. There shouldn't be a back and forth about it - and definitely not one that takes six months to resolve. Totally unacceptable.

Is not one star even, i buy a camera that i was not able to take photos outside, whent out i made photos not a good quality. I call the team they don't do refound the money. They don't offer the possibility to make photos outdoor only indoor you can't find out the real quality they should is not a friendly guest company. No way I going to recomand this companie. And the team didn't let me know when I bought the camera that they don't do refound.

I left my PlayStation for repair. Came back 3 days later as asked and console still was not repaired. They asked me to come 2,5h later what I did. Guess what, repair guy left and didn’t repair my console!!!
Yes, they had my console for 3 days, asked me to wait extra 2,5h and its still not repaired.
Too be clear, it was power supply change, nothing time consuming
