Very poor queue management. Expect a long wait to get it, up to 30 mins or more. Other shops seem to handle covid much better. Allegedly they have a cap of 47 people inside, but that seems very low based on the government regulations and shop size.

Came here to pick up an item I ordered online. The click and collect bays are very convenient and it’s a system that makes life very easy, you park in a numbered bay, let them know via the site and they drop the item off to you. Simple system that works best during lockdown.

I got what I went for and received what I call an efficient service. My assistant, Evelina, was polite and quick to respond on my questions. If she didn't know something she checked with the people who knew the answers, instead of second guessing as often may happen in retail. The shop was not crowded which made the entire experience rather pleasant. I am also exempt of wearing face covering and I am grateful that I wasn't stoped by staff on every step to be told to put face covering which can be a bit frustrating for me although I understand they need to do that. Overall satisfied with the shopping experience

Have been a few times during lockdown click and collect, always easy and quick. Had some returns to do today, Berivan, Jamal and another gentleman (asian man with glasses) cant remember name were all helpful, friendly and professional. Would come here again.

Very poor and rude service by Naeem. Was looking to buy a tv, went to front desk and asked if they could price match was told to go to the tv section. Saw Naeem talking to an elderly customer he was rather rude to him, but became extremely polite when the older gents female relatives came and even gave discounts. When the older gent went to find his relatives Naeem quickly asked me what my inquiry was about I told him to see if a price match was possible before buying the tv I wanted. He advised me to go to the front desk, I told him I’d just been sent to him from there. Older gent came with his female relatives, Naeem’s tone changed and he became very polite. Anyways as Naeem finished with those customers he told me he’d be back in 2 mins. I waited 5-7 minutes and saw him following a completely different female customer to the refrigerator section and dealing with her while I stood by toodling my thumbs. Naturally the disrespect made me leave. I saved the indignity of giving a £400 sale to an unprofessional and rude person, also while there i started looking at the OLED tv’s for a bigger room in the house. So Naeem has cost Curry’s £400 on the day and £1500-2500 in the next month. As to be Frank when you spend more than £500 it also becomes about the people that you are dealing with.

I used the pay and collect service. It was the fastest I've been served. I went by car and typed in my information by phone to let them know I had arrived at the store, and they replied instantly that they were getting my order ready. They then texted a minute later requesting I opened my boot, and a member of staff came out with my order ready to place it in my boot. Fast and efficient service ????

The appliances area had one staff member dealing with cutomers applying for a loan before purchase. Why I have to wait almost 30 min without getting served? I needed a dish washer and a cooker hood and ready to pay and collect, I took a picture for the items and tryied to speak to other staff member near PAY HERE, unfortunately he couldn't help!

Avoid coming here. Almost all employees are not wearing masks. They also let customers in who don’t have masks. The manager Aida said they were “exempt” and wasn’t wearing one herself.

Absolutely ridiculous. They dont even know what customer service is. Staff in good numbers but very unhelpful and rude. An order which is ready to collect took 45 minutes. Staff just standing and staring at customers. Really very very helpful. Used to be a fan of Curry's but not anymore. No more coming to you guys. SORRY.

What the expert said about TV. All Sony has Android inside OS inside. Once he took the control we saw that that TV was still built with the old Sony smart TV OS and not with the new one Android. The expert justify the answer the new one has and he turn himself to the new one. So advice and let buy a wrong item it's not the best thing, in my opinion the return it is a must after be wrong advice. However Currys it is not like Amazon that take the return easily. So hire the people with skill not cause they are friends of friends cause looks like how they do ...

Had delivery for washing machine the guy was so rude never seen in my life . In my corridor there were water cases he calls me remove it . I said I cant remove these alone its heavy im pregnant then he rudely tells me if u dont remove i will not bring the Machine. And my 7 years old witnessed all his rude behaviour . I said whats wrong if u help a pregnant lady then he goes to me who made u pregnant they should Help u. I can not believe how unprofessional and uneducated people have been employed.why no one is checking on their personality and behaviour while employing them?

Not a great experience as sales assistants for Carphone Wàrehouse had poor product knowledge and really didn't help me with my concerns. 5 times I had to visit Currys PC world to sort out a simple problem with my phone only for a lot of my data/photos being erased carelessly. I have logged a complaint with Carephone W but as yet haven't heard anything from them. Definitely will look to go elsewhere when my contract is up

My product was not on the shelf. I had to find 6 digit code on my mobile and give it to staff, to find on their system. Then someone had to find it. The staff were talking amongst each other, not always focused on the customers.

I was sold a new computer, when I started going into the system I found somebody else's CV and letters! They sold me a second-hand system as new. , another time I bought a dishwasher and it never worked from day one., instead of replacing it immediately they tried to fob me off telling me that I had to have a repair and absolutely insisted I had no right to request a new one. and it took ages to sort it out.(weeks) If this happens to you immediately reject the item and insist on a new product. Disgraceful service. Staff clueless.

Worst service from the management, i was with a problem, we call the manager so many times, he keep me waiting for him one hour and a half, he was just passing in front, I try to estar a conversation, he didn't answer, even he didn't look at me, when I start getting upset went to see him, and he simply run away from the store the the back part of it, and the rest of the staff don't help as well, but how you can spect something good from them if the manager is like that.

STAY AWAY if you can. Look at their negative reviews - there's a reason for that. I'm rating one star because unfortunately there's no option to give them zero. Customer services appalling and not willing to help. I bought a desktop PC on a store 90 minutes away from home - 3 hours drive both ways. When I got home and open the box I found out that the keyboard was broken - separate into 2 bits. See picture. I called customer services twice and they reassured me that I could have the item exchanged in any other Curry's PC World Store closer to mine. I popped by Leyton Store and the staff couldn't care less. They said the only way I could get it sorted was to go back to the store where I originally bought the item - this was in total contradiction to what I was told by customer services. It's not because of the money because I can buy a wireless keyboard anywhere. What's annoying is their lack of interest in helping customers - even when it's their fault. They sold me a broken item and they should have known it because the box wasn't sealed. When we consider the hassle of having to travel 3 hours to and from in order to change a £30 item - most of us would prefer not to face the hassle and give up. Which is what I did - I left the broken keyboard over their counter and told them to make good use of it - maybe they can wrongly sell it again to another unfortunate customer like me. These people will never ever got a penny from me.
