I found the staff very helpful, I'm disabled, I showed them a picture of what I was looking for. They helped me to the display model, after I liked what I saw there, I was shown to a seat While sorting out the payment. They brought the TV to my car and helped put it in the car. And before leaving me asked if there was anything else they could help with.

Generally use Currys PC World when I need something quick. Service was not great in terms of time spend waiting for our item to be brought to the shop floor, if we were just informed we could spent time browsing rather than waiting around. We also would have expected our product to be placed in our car for us but was not the case. On the whole I feel stores like these should focus on customer experience as people like me only use you for buying products now.

Reece from the Knowhow team was truly exceptional in helping me and my boyfriend with our impossible motherboard issue. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave great advice as well as a good laugh throughout the experience. He has been ever so kind to us, and he is the man you need with anything and everything IT. They cancelled my click and collect order as I approached the store but they had the goods I'd order inside and in stock, so they obviously just decided they couldn't be bothered to pick it from the shop floor. The shop floor was basically empty with empty racks and shelves everywhere. The staff weren't interested in helping anyone in the store, so overall it was a very poor experience!

Friendly helpful staff, we were served by Leona, you don't feel hassled as we walk around, plenty of parking and disabled parking just outside the shop. Only negative was we were not able to take away the fridge freezer, as they don't keep stock on board, delivery was not too bad just 2 days. However there is a cost of £15, also if you want them to take away your old appliance there is a charge of £20 check with your council because they will take large appliance for free, but I would definitely recommend them.

Used click and collect, got an email that item is ready. Came to the store and used their "social distancing" way of letting them know I'm in store (also talked to a person at the door), after which I got informed I'm 1st in the queue. From that point I waited 40minutes till the item was brought to me. Wasted my time with really bad and disorganised service.

Helpful and polite staff member who assisted me however could not try either bose or sony wireless noise cancelling headphones as one was faulty and the other was taken off display through fear of theft. Will have to go somewhere else for this purchase. Disappointing!!

Theres a gaming centre, you can test the items before purchasing and you can even play car simulator on a real logitech car wheel system thing. Anyway you can also come just to play games, lots of BEAST pc's xbox ps4 tv monitors everything!

Took my laptop in for a routine health check. Salesperson told me they would contact me in 48 hours to confirm if it would be sent away to be serviced. 72 hours still no call and called store. No answer on phone. 6 days later spoke to Team Knowhow and advised that store will call me back within a few hours. No call received. Customer services at this store is very poor. Not impressed

Harder to find than I thought as the roads leading to it seem too small. The retail park is large but the roads are more like residential side streets, so you will have to trust your satnav. The shop is tidy and the car phone warehouse staff were really helpful (and patient) whilst my daughter selected her phone and accessories

Helpful assistant but wasn't allowed to examine what I was buying !! I wanted to see the smartwatch in daylight as I had issues with one being very dim in daylight. I explained all this but still wasn't allowed to take it to the door. Mad eh?

Very bad customer service. We went to buy a laptop for our sons birthday. Waited long time for it to be reset and packed as was last one from display. After getting back home only to realise wrong item was packed ! Drove back to the shop to swap it. I understand mistakes happen, but the staff didnt give a damn they actually made mistake and had someone wasting a lot of time because of this. Guy who served us just looked at us without any idea what happened. No apologies whatsoever. The only person who felt bad was the lady who was packing this laptop . Bot her fault she was given that one she packed it that's it .

Mariam who served me was very friendly, she spoke to my children and was very well mannered. I did not buy what I wanted as the system they had was having issues. After waiiting an hour and a half and half hour after the store closed I returned empty handed although I was ready to spend the money.
