Best experience I ever got was from a lady at the front desk. I can't remember her name (I think it was Shabina or something), but she wore a head scarf, and was very good and approachable. I had a constant problem regarding a delivery and mistake made by the company. She was quick yet so efficient in helping me, and went out of her way to come to my house to drop off my item too because I am paralysed from the waist down. She was welcoming each time and the reason I go back to the store is to get great service like that. Unfortunately, I don't think she is there anymore but I will definitely recommend this store if all staff give service like she did.

I will never by at curry pc world again as it seems impossible to return goods after you bought them. You should be able to return goods whether there working of not. I will persist nevertheless. Pc World are clearly out for themselves and not there customers. They are incapable of compromising with cuscustom even after having the cheek to lie to me about the show room computers ability just to get rid of it with a quick sales Be weary of those who lower there standards and morals for a quick sale.

I was going to make a laptop purchase, but as the staff don't know customer service, employee walks up and says "can't wear your hood up in here" then walked off. As opposed to "excuse me sir would you mind removing your hoodie, thank you." Hate rudeness and impoliteness. Won't be going back again

My laptop was returned to me not only repaired but so very very clean its like having a new laptop, amazing and they did not wipe it either! Also the woman on the desk are lovely and so helpful, can't fault the service :)

CURRYS!!!!! worst ELECTRICAL store ever!! was told when my £170 iron,which was 3 months old, packed up that I should've taken out an extended guarantee. Shop assistants do not understand consumer rights and tried to quote me a load of old rubbish that my contract was with Tefal & not Currys themselves...totally despicable service and I will never deal with them again

Many thanks for your attention. I bought an indoor camera today from your store. I though I just needed to pay and that's it. Rather than take me to the tills, the assistant took me to one of the desks in the store and asked for payment I put my debit card in the card reader and did not work. Then the assistant asked me to try swapping the card. He then took the camera and the receipts away. 2 minutes later without explanation took me to the customers refund till. I was getting annoyed when I was told to present my ID. What the hell is going on? I just wanted to pay what I bought! Fortunately, I had my driving license. Your guys photocopied it and of course filed it in your records. Too complicated to buy something from your store in Leyton. It should be straight forward. I don't like that you keep my ID in your records. Please solve your problem.

Hi I had to go to manager to get info on television as the one guy who was wearing Sony expert shirt wasn't interested to tell anything . In response to most of my questions about tv he had three expression (1) I don't know about it (2) I "think" (3) maybe you can google it . For example , can I connect with WiFi ? Answer "I don't know ". Then I went to manager and he sent another guy with beard and he was very good at explaining things . This is not a posh store to warrant such arrogance and attitude.

I buy tv for my kids we are working family I asked them for delivery in Saturday i receive tax message about 1,am they said your tv delivered between 8 3:35am to 12:35 but nothing was ture my wife call them they say it's on the way about 5pm I call they say sorry we can't do the delivery today they just lying and lying

Worst experience ever ! You would straight away notice that staff would be passing by without any sort of acknowledgement- no one seem to care less. Staffs would be wandering around or chatting among themselves. Still went ahead and bought a TV worth £600 in their flash sale.. Took it all the way home ,installed and only to find TV damaged inside the screen.Next day ,took it all the way back in pouring rain.Only to put up with the worst customer service ever again. There was no QUEUE! but 3 staff attending 1 person with issue. I was waiting there for more than 30 min WITH A HUGE TV NOT A SINGLE STAFF ACKNOWLEDGED! If you are expecting any sort of apology or sympathy pls dont ! Wrong place! When i tried talking to a cashier who was doing nothing, her colleague literally told me off saying i simply have to wait and they were busy but never got back to me afterwards! It was attitudes in a different scale! it took more than an hour and worse they pushed me to take money refund without any attempt to replace the TV ! The experience was so miserable I simply didn't want to stand in the shop for another minute. Every principle of customer service was missing.Staff culture was astonishing.None of the staffs had name badges to pinpoint.In the 1 hour I witnessed 3 pissed off customers having massive arguments. Businesses who don't value their customers have only known to fail !
