This shop needs improvement. Staff were not ready to help. I came to buy a fridge. After a while with no help, I went to Leyton store. I ordered from there. I hope they will improve.

Went to buy a laptop, checked the website prior so I knew which one I want. I waited for assistance and one came to me his name was Ahmed trainee customer service. The one I wanted was no longer in stock or my second, third or forth choice. Ahmed showed me other choices which I didn't want as I had worked out the aftercare and antivirus products prices which would bring the total not within my budget by this time I was ready to leave as I had lost interest but Ahmed did not give up on me, he was very helpful and found me another laptop. He has such a very good knowledge of the laptops which to buy to suit what I wanted. So on that note please note this in his portfolio.

I visited customer service. It was great that they sorted what needed to be sorted,yet there is a part of the service that I didn't particularly enjoy. After long wait, eventually it was my turn. The girl tried to resolve my issue for about 20-25mins. Eventually,she called her colleague who did it within 3mins. Or less. It's quite annoying knowing that you just wasted your time. More annoying than that was that all along she was chewing gum. I know that is not a "big problem", but I generally think that chewing gums should be banned (like they did in Singapore). It's not pleasant to talk to someone who has a chewing gum in its mouth. She didn't chew with open mouth, however, it's still disrespectful when you know is there. So, 5 stars for the guy resolving my problem within 2-3mins and 1 star for the girl. 3 stars for overall service.

Unbelievably slow and disinterested to sort out problem (of Currys' own making) the first time with Monday morning lady - spent over half an hour on something basic. But second time was looked after by the truly excellent Dee/Dashna who sorted everything!

Purchased a laptop at currys mile end, was very happy with the service and support provided by sebastien and the floor manager Hinesh. They advised me on a good laptop for my son and explained the repair and support and broadband offers and I was offered the finance option which I took. The way in which they both worked together was very good in supporting with the sale I will always recommend currys mile end.

Bit of joke this place. Went in here for a few large appliances, asked for help and was led to someone else in the department who was already busy with another customer. Once we saw they were alone we went up to the employee and she gave such an attitude when we asked if she was free and she said she was the only one working in the department?? Understandable since it was 45 mins before closing time and you wna go home but come on! If you haven't got the right attitude don't work in customer service! Same experience when we were ready to purchase our stuff. Nothing but attitude from literally everyone. Definitely a representation of management here. Been coming here for years and this place really has gone downhill. Good place if you wna get your appliances. Horrible for the experience.

Good place. One shop assistant was assisting all the customers and others are just chilling! One of them literally talking on the mobile (watch phone) while I was struggling to get some information. Anyway later I had to chase only willing guy who was actually available to help. Didn't buy anything. It was a sure sell but sorry, not today and not here.

For all customers considering getting Team Know How cover - don’t get it, it’s useless. They make it impossible to use it, passing you from one customer advisor to another before you are so desperate that you chose to hang up after waiting one hour for someone to know what they are doing or have the courtesy to help.

Very bad customer service. I was going to buy a JVC Bluetooth speaker- nearly £100, but the one set up as a sample wasn’t, OBVIOUSLY, working properly. I asked the manager (a large gentleman) whether I could try the product before I buy it, using a different one than the sample, and he said NO, I am not going to open another box of the product for you just to hear it before you buy it, which is kind of in breach of basic consumer right, isn’t it? Anyway, I have left the shop not buying the speaker, and now I’m going to purchase it online. This shop needs better, more sensitive and flexible manager on the ground. He didn’t sense that I was determined to purchase.

I came in looking for a mouse, considering I work with one all day every day, I wanted to make sure one fitted in my hand comfortably. All the mouse products were in their boxes and I asked if it’s possible to check one out of its packaging, the staff member just shook his head, offering no help or not a word of suggestion, not even a word of greeting. An enraging experience. In fact the staff stand around in groups being very unhelpful and chatting amongst themselves.

Useless Staff! Tried to sell me a cooker with missing parts! At a discounted price then tried to sell me a fridge 50 pound dearer than what it was online! Make sure you check your prices online first and don't expect any expert opinions! Don't pay 35 pound for a so called professional to plug a fridge in for you! P.s I'm a sparks!

Amongst some of the worst customer service I have yet encountered. Two staff members texting on their phones for more than a minute in eyeshot (I counted for fun) and could not be less interested in selling me a PC despite walking in with the intention to buy something. I am surprised this place can stay open, obviously has healthy online sales still.

Do not make an order here for home delivery!! We bought a TV in store only to have the order cancelled by the store for no reason. Store management do not answer emails or calls nor do they respond to their own customer service. Good luck getting anyone to stop checking their phones or socializing with eachother to help you once you actually in the store as well. Anyone who doesn't understand why Amazon is killing the high street should stop by this store and order something for home delivery.

Wanted to buy a laptop, waited about 40 minutes before someone that wasn't chatting around passed by and i could ask for help, the laptop that i wanted was not in stock (and that's fine)the other laptop that i wanted was, so asked to pay with my plan finance and i was just asked to do the procedure online in one of the display computers in store (i could have just done that at home) anyway.... The laptop was £629 and the attendant was trying to get me to finance £700 (don't ask me why, and frankly don't ask him either because he didn't seem very secure either), something went wrong during the application and had to start again, then something went wrong again, cancelled my detail from the application and left the store Shame i always liked currys.

This was very helpfull in that the advice that was given was second to none.we went there for help with an old apple Mac book and although they did not have what I was looking for they were helpful in directing us to the right Web site...well done especially the girl at the collection point.....we went today I was on mobility scooter so I was ushered right in was well looked after the man on the door was great he answered all the question took care of everyones needs and I saw everyone happy well done mile end road PC world

Staff were not very productive in this store. Went in ready to spend my good earned cash and ended up having to ask numerous people for assistance before getting seen to. Gents that did end up serving me in the audio section then at the till were friendly enough but just didn't like how long it took to get service although it looked like everyone was doing nothing. On top of that my first few minutes in the store involved me and my friend being near deafened by one of the sound systems due to a member of staff (who was not serving anyone) continually turning one of the systems on and off at various loud levels making everyone in the section jump out our skins. All in all very happy with my products but think I will use a different store next time.

Picked up an end of line microwave oven here for under the market rate, it was unboxed but we got a great deal. The staff are friendly and even tho there was some confusion with our purchase, nothing was too much or too hard for the staff.
