Poor service. The staff are to focussed on "their" product trainimg. I wanted a printer. Staff said they no nothing about printers as they deal with TVs. All staff should have training in all products. I asked how do you put ink into the printer and they did not know. I also asked about installing, no idea on how to show a person i their late 60s how to do this. Poor service, with staff more focussed on Sales, rather than custemer service and initial support. Sad thing is we have limited options on where we buy IT products. Would not reccomend to anyone.

All guy's are rud and not helpful.I gave to my laptop for repair in end of september.i came early October to received it then they said you have to pay for this after 2 weeks.that time I said I have a insurance then they says give one more week then I go.after 8 days later I come then do another drama .they said inside is dirty you have to clean it with professionally.then they will take again.it's my wife laptop.she is a student .she has assignment . last day 20 October.they are irresponsible.

Horrible customer service . Staff had no knowledge about the products the store were selling, and one in particular was visibly trying to avoid me when I approached. I interacted with 5 staff members, it seemed like they couldn't careless about what I was asking them, or the item I wanted to purchase.

I came here, cash in hand, purchase already selected online. I was attempting to buy a high-end 55" OLED TV. All I wanted to do was tinker with the floor model a bit, check out it's picture quality, and buy it. Not so. There was simply no way to let a customer use the remote control to test out a £1200 telly. Wat. After getting bounced around between sales people a bit, I eventually almost made a purchase. That was until the sales person decided that instead of giving my ticket to the cashier so I could pay, he'd rather start helping another customer. I just stood there for a while with him waving my ticket around while explaining things to another customer who was already bring helped by another sales person. After several minutes of being ignored while the guy holding the ticket was enthralled with his discussion, I just walked away. I don't think he even noticed. This was about as bad a retail experience as I can imagine, practically.

good it wasn't very good, because I went to the store to buy a product and didn't have it and a salesman told me to buy it on the website and pick it up at the store the other day, and after confirming payment they sent me an imail with a code to withdraw the product, but when you get there you don't have the product and they'll tell me to wait for a new imail.

A family member bought a kettle 10 months ago and it all of a sudden stopped working so I went with them to take it back cos it was within 1 year since they purchased it they got another one no questions asked. All shops need to be like this. Well done Currys

Absolutely woeful service by this company. Wanted to return a laptop was told really quickly that i couldn't only for them to realise it was an online order and they had to process the refund. They took the laptop from me and said they would inspect it and then issue the refund in 5 business days only for them to then somehow lose the laptop. It then took 3 weeks from the first day i returned the laptop for them to then issue the refund. They did find where the laptop was after the 2nd week.

Amazing place all items are good on price but one thing they could fix is the prices on mobile phones and tablets for example the Samsung galaxy tab a is £199.00 in curry's and in amazon and other producers you can find it for £160.00.

I compared all the TVs and chose one after careful consideration. I was like I'll get this one, wrap it up please, I was ready to go and order my uber. They said it's not available and I'll have to wait up to 21 days for it to ship. I'm like GURL are you for reals, why are you displaying it then, I came to the shop meaning I want the TV now not in a year's time, ain't nobody got time for that!!! I'm getting it on amazon in the end, thank you very much.

I went in to check out the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, and I was happy to see that they had a demo phone (not dummy) available for testing/use. Bearing in mind that the phone is yet to be released in a week or so tells me that this particular store is well stocked and among the select few which get such privileges to have phones in early. In regards to pricing, wouldn't buy a thing from Currys lol (except washing machines etc). I'll stick to Uswitch for the best mobile deals ????.

Been to this store in the summer but forgot to write how an amazing costumer service we have been given by a guy that wasn't even selling us anything as we had already bought a fridge from another lady. I didn't get his name but he gave us a masterclass in washing machine and fridges, - random I know - but he definitely knew his products and was so charismatic that it left me with a smile on my face. Way to go for Curry's and that great sales assistant!

They are quite large and have a fair number of products on display. The carphone warehouse section is very helpful and had my issues solved within minutes. There could be some stuff which can be improved, for example some of the products weren't charged so i couldn't check it out properly.

Central Customer "Care" OPENLY LAUGH at your complaint. We ordered a gas hob & oven for delivery & installation - installation date was 10 days after order and very late the night before installation date they sent a text message saying the delivery was put back a week. We phoned the customer 'care' to ask why and try to do something about the situation and were met with the extremely unhelpful Zoe who claimed they had sent us an email we had not received, said the emails we had received were not correct, refused to allow us to send our email to prove our side and also refused to resend the email saying they had changed the date ..... this all culminated in asking for a 'manager call back' and Zoe laughing at us. Well Zoe, when you spend nearly £1000 with a company I hope they treat you with the contempt you showed us, are equally unhelpful and end the call by openly laughing at you and your situation. We wish you well in your career in customer 'care' and hope that at some point the manager who does the 'call-back' to us listens to the recording of our call ..... oh and to close the situation, we phoned back a more helpful person and cancelled the order. We are also raising this with the supplier of the goods as it cost them a sale.

Hardly any staff visible on the shop floor. Went to buy a laptop. Waited for a long time for someone to acknowledge me. No-one did. In the end I took out my phone and reserved the laptop I wanted from Argos and straight away went to collect it.

This shop also takes parcel delivery for DPD courier. They nearly lost my parcel which had been sitting there for over 7 days. The driver couldn't find it and when DPD rang them nobody picked up the phone for a good 10 mins. BAD experience and will never drop off my parcel at this shop again.

Most awful experience. Assistants never approach you , you have to approach them and then it's all about passing responsibilities. They put loud music on which makes it very difficult to think let alone speak to some one . Music has innapropriate words when you go as a family. Attitude of staff stinks, too many young ones who only work there for fun and flirting and using social media in front of you.

Godawful customer care! went to buy a laptop. no sales person around to help. Approached a manager; gurdeep i think (romesh ranganathan look alike) said he'll send someone. 1 hour passes and nothing! in the mean time he's standing around like a statue with nothing better to do. this guy need some serious training, he's super unhelpful, very unpleasant and rude, doesnt smile, barks at you rather than talk. on one occasion i heard him yell at a customer for standing at the wrong service till.

Kofi at the KnowHow counter in the Mile End branch is amazing! Ive never experienced such excellent customer service. Everytime iv visted curry's hes been absolutely amazing. Kofi should be retained and promoted, these are the kind of staff we all need in our organisations.

I brought a laptop from this place. I knew what i wanted but because it's a sunday they only had 2 members of staff working in the tech sector. The chap told me that a few staff members had called in sick. So sadly i had to wait over 17 minutes to be "seen to". As you can imagine waiting 17 minutes just to buy a laptop is not on. Therefore i have given them 3 stars.

Only go to this store if you want to be ignored while the staff stand around in groups chatting. Be aware - when you do manage to catch someone's attention you will be told "one minute, I'll send someone over." You'll be waiting on a lost cause! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Head Office you need to send in a mystery shopper to experience this diabolical store!!!
