Went to Currys to buy a new washing machine and Maria was absolutely lovely and offered me great range of choices and alternatives. Maria went out of her way to give me the best customer service and I really appreciated it. Will be coming back here again possibly to buy a TV ????.

The customer service in store is not so good I did have very bad experience had to go and look for someone to talk to when I did they keep passing me on to someone else then they go and look over there you might find someone in that section but when you go there discretion says he can't help you go on find someone else I had to go there so many times and I did not find anyone to help me so this is why I'll give it to Star

Pathetic service. First time I use their “Click and collect” service and I arrive on the day it was supposed to be here and low and behold they have already sent it back. A mere day after I ordered and now they can’t check their own system to tell me when it will be delivered again. Best of all they have to phone their own phone service to even find out if the order will be cancelled or if I’ll get my money back or not!!! Eh?!?! Absolutely avoid this bunch of cowboys.

If I could give -stars then I would. A member of staff at this store Mile end Mr Uday Dalal racially abused and threatened a customer,after numerous attempts to contact them via email and telephone calls I still have had no contact with them just to say that somebody will ring me it's been 6 days now its disgusting and unprofessional I will be going to watchdog and any other team I need to to get this resolved. I can't see this store lasting much longer

Dead customer service: No product knowledge and took them 15 mins to get my TV to me at the front of the store. I specifically asked the guy whether the TV comes with an HDMI 2.0 cable. He said yes. There was no such cable in the box.

Visited on a Sunday. Staff were bored and inattentive. They didn’t seem to want to offer advice on any of their products. Everything was slow and when I asked a shop floor attendant for a tv cable he returned with the most expensive one without offering me any choice. I decided to check for myself and discovered one half the price. Definitely not the customer service I have experienced in other Curry’s shops.

Went into this Currys looking for a new set of headphones. There was a lot of staff working and wandering around the shop. I spent around 5-10 minutes in the headphone Isle. I wasn't asked if I needed any help which I could have done with. I left without spending my money. I will visit another shop and buy some there. Strange as in my local Currys I am pounced on as soon as I walk in to the shop.

I was on Curry's to buy my TV and the PlayStation 4, it was easy and quick but one of the employees who was selling to me tried to push me an 49.90£ HDMI cable unnecessary, he told me I had to buy it because the "PlayStation doesn't come with the cable". I had to return the cable on the other day and take my money back!

Bought a gas cooker from here, which was unsafe - and the installer signed it off! Took a few missed deadlines, unnecessary convincing and over a month of delays to get full refund. Worst purchase I ever made!

If you stay very still, you'll see the PC World staff in their natural environment, gathering in small packs with mobile phones somewhere near the dishwashers. Don't approach them though, as they are easily startled and will quickly disperse amongst the toasters. When you finally corner one, you'll find that the PC World staff will typically spout nonsense from their mouths before vanishing into the stockroom. Remember - keep your distance, and go somewhere else.

I bought a hp 27 fw display at Currys. I asked to a member of the staff if the product had the audio system integrated. He told me that it didn't but that it got the jack port to connect to my own audio system. Once at home I realised it didn't have any jack port. How can they be so clueless about the products they are selling??? Worst costumer service ever!!! Furthermore, it took 15 minutes to find that useless staff member belonging to the TV section.

Rude staff who need more training. I went to the till with a product and asked about their price promise and showed the person at the till that Amazon has this product cheaper. The person at the till had no knowledge about the price promise so had to call another employee who I believe is at a higher level to her, probably a supervisor but definitely didn't act like it. He came and said no we don't do price promise with Amazon so then I showed them their price promise description on the Currys website which confirms they do price promise with Amazon. He looked at me in an annoyed manner like I'm wasting his time, then he tells the person at the till "it's only £2 off but anyways go for it". What kind of rubbish is that, price promise means you'll lower the product price if it's cheaper else where no matter if it's £1 off or £100 off. So don't mock me if I request a service that you offer. I truly wonder how on earth do these people get hired at Currys.

The most innovative PC World of all! I felt like I was in the Amazon Go store in Seattle. This is the only explanation why you don't see any staff in the store. Jokes aside, this store is a joke. I wonder what lack of skills you need to get hired there!

Utterly awful store. The staff have no idea about products and are really disinterested in providing even basic customer service. The chap at the till was even on his mobile whilst serving us. There was one chap who I assumed to be a manager or supervisor, can't remember his name but it ended with 'day who was actually very helpful and helpful. But he was the only one. We will be purchasing our other product we wanted from a different store entirely as we don't wish to give Curry's PC World anymore of our money. This store should only be used to go in a buy the product you know about. Don't rely on staff giving any advice or help. Some serious customer service training is needed here

All the other reviews are absolutely spot on. Customer service in non existent. Staff stand in circles chatting and have absolutely no interest in actually working. There was hardly any stock on the shelves, prices didn't match product on the shelf. Do yourself a favour, just Look on Amazon or AE instead and don't visit this 'shop'.

The one near Stepney Green station Staff not willing to help, I had to chase one down and they did not even offer to find an item in another store. Very dissatisfied with that branch as when I have shopped in others I have always had great customer service. I even told the guy I was buying for a company which should have indicated I was a serious buyer. Shame I could not tick minus stars
